Great food, BUT if you are a delivery driver for Uber Eats or DoorDash, be ready to wait for your order if they have a full line... of people because they WILL NOT give your order priority over the walk-in patrons despite you picking up an order for a customerwho already PAYED, so yeah have lots of patience in the scenario or just get another order instead to save your time! Edit 8/10/21- I've upped my review. Lately when going I've had much better service and my order has continually been correct.... Every time I go and Charles (his name according to my receipt) is there, I've never had a problem. I don't know what changeswhile he is on shift but it works for me! I love Jersey Mike's but this store is not on par with other locations. When I domobile orders they are almost always incorrect. When I go inside and order the staff always has multiple mistakes. I went intoday and they tried to add things to my friends sandwich she didn't want and forgot stuff on mine. They put both orderstogether, not a big deal but we didn't want them on one order. The problem is that this store is LOUD. The workers have a hardtime hearing and we can't hear them well either. It's like this every time we go in. First time at this location. First Impression: Clean environment, hygienic and friendly service. I was greeted right away as I... walked in. Food: Made fresh. The Chipotle Cheese Steak was very good. The bread tasted fresh, soft with a very generous meat tobread ratio. Everyone was wearing mask and handled the food items safely. Overall a positive experience and will definitely beback again. WENT ON AT ABOUT 3:10PM TODAY DEC 3,2022 AND OBSERVED MAJOR CROSS CONTAMINATING BY THE EMPLOYEES. WHEN I WAS CALLED ON FOR MY... ORDER TO BE PLACED. THE YOUNG LATINO LADY WITH THE GLASSES A LITTLE HEAVY SET, COULD TELL I HAD OBSERVED THIS AND IMMEDIATELYSAID I'LL CHANGE MY GLOVES. WHICH WAS FINE EXCEPT EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE GLOVES. BEFORE DOING SO, YOUR SUPPOSED TO WASH YOURHANDS A MINIMUM OF THIRTY SECONDS WHICH SHE DID NOT DO. SHE MADE THE FIRST PORTION THEN WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE NEXT EMPLOYEE.WHITE YOUNG GUY WITH BLUE EYES, HE IMMEDIATELY GOES TO THE GRILL. ONCE HE CAME TO MY SANDWICH I IMMEDIATELY HALTED HIM ANDEXPLAINED HOW THEY WERE CROSS CONTAMINATING. WHICH YOU CAN SEE FROM THEY'RE EXPRESSIONS WERE UPSET. THE CASHIER A YOUNG LIGHTBROWN LATINO YOUNG MAN, TOOK HIS GLOVES OFF, GOT SOME NEW GLOVES AND IMMEDIATELY WENT OUT OF "EYE VIEW" TO THE BACK. WHEN HECAME BACK TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE MY SANDWICH WHICH WAS A TUNA FISH. I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED HIM AND SAID OH NO, WHERE NOT GOINGTHEY'RE TODAY CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT PRIVATE PARTS HE POSSIBLY MAY HAVE RUBBED BEFORE PUTTING THE NEW GLOVES ON AS A PAYBACK ILLSHOW YOU MEASURE. THEN I REQUESTED THAT THE ORIGINAL HEAVY SET LADY CHANGE HER GLOVES, WASH HER HANDS, PUT ON NEW GLOVES TO MAKEMY SANDWICH, SHE BECAME IRRATE REFUSED SERVICE AND THREATENED TO CALL SECURITY. TO WHICH I RESPONDED THAT'S FINE BECAUSE I'VECOMMITED NO CRIME, AND ASKED FOR HER MANAGERS NUMBER TO WHICH SHE REFUSED, AND I EXITED THE PREMISES.
