At 8:15pm Saturday going through the drive through my order came to $8.82 I gave them $20 he asked if we had anything smaller we... said we ONLY have $8.32 he persisted to ask for the whole amount we SAID AGAIN WE ONLY HAVE $8.32 that?s why we gave the $20. Wesaid you can?t let us go for 50 cents he then still asked for another $1.00! Why? He said they didn?t have any change SOOOO???Was that MY fault? If there was no change then we would be out of Some money! They should have had a sign at the order board?exact change? and tell us when he says the price!!! The worst customer service I?ve ever experienced!!! My order was short yet they charged me for everything, I went in to the... restaurant to show them what they had given me and the lady showed me a receipt that wasn?t even mine! I will dispute the chargewith my bank and never will I go to that jack in the box! Definitely will never recommend that jack in the box!!!!
