MY BF & I HIT THE DRIVE-THRU, P/U A COUPLE OF TRIPLE ???? BURGER COMBOS & A GRILLED ???? SOUTHWEST ???? CURLY FRIES ????...... FIRST TIME ORDERING THESE ITEMS, THEY WERE REALLY TASTY... It is 2:25AM Oct 27, 2022. The drive-thru is closed. No one is taken the order. I came across by the window. There is a lady who... on Jack in the Box uniform was sitting inside at the customer table holding phone and texting. This is not only first time thishappen. Went in on July 1st,2022 @3:46 on the receipt is says Paula but it was a gentleman who helped. Swiped for a cookies and cream... milk shake. Someone stole info and bought stuff from best buyonline. For over 2,000. Sucks because they stole from my son whojust graduated from Marines same day. This was the only place he swiped his card. Read more
Lizbeth the drive thru person must have been bothered that I did park real close. I was reaching to make my payment trying to... grab was she was handing me. So I asked her politely if she can actually give me my stuff since she wasn't even trying to handme anything. She expected me to get off the car. She closed drive thru window and I can hear her talking Spanish to the grilled.They took longer even though food was ready, at that point I just wanted the receipt and my straw. I wasn't comfortable eatingthe food I couldn't see being prepared. Who knows what they did. I got my receipt and straw and left food on counter. That'swhen she threw the bag of food on top of my 2020 Jeep Unlimited. Receipt says her name is Lizbeth, and it is JIB#3525 User'srecommendation: Never come here, worker believes she can treat customers offensively and I should make a police report forpossible damage to my paint job. This is a small Jack n the Box right off the 405 freeway. Kinda of easy to overlook. The dining area is very clean and the... workers are nice and quick to see if you're ready to order. The food was nice and hot which is always a plus with any fast foodchain. Drive thru is an option as well. Parking is great. Food was great as expected. Read more
Best Jack in the Box in the whole entire world and universe. I will come here every day for the rest of my life. Great employees... who are always very helpful and keep the place very clean and nice and work the drive-thru very well. Food is always nice andfresh and hot and just the way I asked no mistakes.
