Server was too occupied talking with fellow staff by the cashier that they ignored the line of customers waiting. After waiting... for like 10 minutes, I called their attention. No apologies offered whatsoever. Some customers had left the line as they gotfrustrated. Request their manager address this incompetence and lack of courtesy. Read more

FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE: The workers here WILL ignore you in favor of the customers who are ordering in-store and do not... care that you are picking up food for a customer that ALREADY paid for their order. The lady who was working there when Iattempted to pick up an order completely ignored me while looking at me STRAIGHT in the eyes. Just save your time and gas byavoiding at ALL COSTS! Read more

Obtained the poorest of service at Grill City. Waited in line and got skipped 2 times, for two customers speaking fillipino.... ???? I asked for an item, which was told was out, then got skipped again!! It was the first time trying to get food there. Feltbad that my daughter was there with me and she felt discriminated. Read more

This place is located inside Seafood City. We tried their chicken bbq stick and it tasted really good. Their Kare Kare,... however, didn't taste like Kare Kare at all. I haven't tried their other dishes yet. We paid $8.99 for the 2 item combo. Alittle on the higher end for what you get (one bbq stick and a small cup of entree with 2 large scoops of rice) Read more

This place was an utter disappointment. Palabok - fishy and dry. I've never had fish in palabok before. Shrimp, yes. Pieces of... yesterday's fish...never. Lumpia - bland and tough. I almost lost a filling trying to chew. Chicken BBQ - the taste was decent, but cold. Can we talk about how friendly the staff was? They weren't. A smile and a thank you comes a long way people. One morething...overpriced! Stay away from this place. Oh...we got sick two hours after eating. They?ve hit every awful point on how NOTto be a restaurant. Read more

A convenient & great place to eat and snack! Awesome choices from many favorite grilled, BBQd, stewed, fried, boiled, etc,... meats, veggies, fruits! We had a BIG lunch with grilled giant squid, mongo stew, dilis (fried, crunchy smelts), bitter melonstew, BBQ chicken, and rice The squid was a bit overdone, blacked spots & tentacles. Our dessert was an old time fave, ginatangmongo (sweetened mongo beans cooked in coconut milk). We brought some of the dessert back to Lolo & Lolo?s house since wehaven?t had this dessert since we were in the Philippines! If you?re hungry, your eyes & nose will get full before you evenstart eating. A must place to eat, take out, and pick-up for family parties. Plenty of parking, except on weekends, outside andit?s inside Seafood City. The location also has Jollibee, Valerio?s & Red Ribbon bakeries, Chow King and a laundrymat. Acrossthe street is another Filipino Plaza with Goldilock?s, Manila Lechon, Joy Bakery, Tambuli, etc... Great place to be and to eatendlessly! Read more
