Horrible employees Everytime we go there's always something attitude, gets the order wrong, after repeatedly telling her what... flavor we want she asks again because she was socializing with other employee while taking our order. This place needs some TLC! The other restaurants next door to this store look so much cleaner and well-kept than this Coldstone... location. I don't come here often, but often enough to know something is off here. There were dirty napkins on the floor, thewindows and doors looked super grimy and foggy as well as the plexiglass surrounding the counter and area where the employeesare, and the floors were dirty as well :/ Read more

i?ve been coming here since i was a kid and then this was also my first job in high school. it used to be run by a different... owner, my crew and i all got along and would give customers the most for their buck. tonight my family was craving it so i go toget our usual two ice creams to share and there is a new manager. for as long as i have come here (and worked) we have neverdenied someone 2 flavors in a small cup and the new manager said it was new policy. so she suggested i get a larger cup and itried to explain to her that i used to work here and she said ?well you don?t anymore?. then on my larger ice cream i havealways ordered fudge, caramel, and nuts and when ringing me up she charges all 3 ?toppings?. never had i been charged forsyrups!! i?m sure the teen workers there are just fine but if you are getting helped by the manager don?t waste your time :-( Read more

This is probably one of the best Coldstone experiences I've had in a while . A young gentleman by the name of Brandon was... helping me out and did a fantastic job! I tried one of the new promotional ice cream recipes called "dough for it" and it wasdefinitely a great one. The place was very clean, well-kept and all of the tables were spotless. Considering how many other ColdStone's I have gone to that is a pretty rare site. I will definitely be going back to this location and having anotherconcoction very soon! Read more
