Very stingy with the portions when I went...There was no rush and the line looked freshly restocked, so I'm not sure why the guy... was not properly filling my burrito. It didn't even seem like he did one full scoop (which is the standard and what I'm usuallyokay with). He was even stingy with the guac, which is extra. Since I've worked in plenty of fast food restaurants before, Ialways try to show a bit of grace whenever I go out to eat but it's getting tiring. Chipotle's prices are increasing, so itshouldn't be much of a problem if a customer asks for more of something...The guy had the nerve to ask if my burrito looked okayand I thought that was funny. Of course I asked for more portions though. Despite that problem, I had no issue with the customerservice. I know these types things tend to be a management problem. From my understanding Chipotle employees get scolded bymanagement for giving out too much, so that's why I don't attack the workers personally for it. Read more
THEY NEVER PROVIDE FORKS. Half my bowl is eaten?
They were in such a rush that they didn't add my meat to my bowl. Thankful I didn't get charged either but still. I didn't... realize until I go home and my bowl was meatless. Read more
