Good fast food but the drive thru still takes a long time.
Cost a lil bit more then the other fast food locations but, they serve the best meal around.
This place deserves no stars. They totally messed up my order today. The food was old and fries were stale as I purchased from... the drive thru! They also uncharged me and gave me these huge drinks that I do not ask for. I called 6 times to let them knowthey screws up my order and no one answers but a fax machine. SMH. Do you know the experience of getting your food but it looks nothing like the picture? That was our experience today. Also,... lots of deep fryer bits and pieces in with my fried zucchini...fries. onion rings and french toast bits. Also, very supprised,over 30 dollars for two combo meals, no extras. Read more
I order the Jurassic Park burger the primal burger on the screen the LCD screen which shows the menu it had a number eight on it... so I told her the number eight instead she actually gave me the number eight sandwich which was some type of classic sandwich Icame back to Carl?s Jr. she late we had an attitude brought out a Calculator charge me for the additional toppings of theburger. Ordered a famous star meal with diet Dr. Pepper. Got home, received a beyond meat famous star instead. Came back to exchange my... order. They had me waiting and continued to fulfill their current orders even though I had to drive back on a mistake they made.Exchanged my order, got home, sipped on my soda and realized they gave me a regular Coke instead. This is a huge mistake theymade as I am a Type 1 diabetic so drinking a soda that isn't diet because the worker made this mistake can have me end up in thehospital. How can they get my drink order and my burger order wrong (2 of 3 items)? Not sure, but this is enough for me to nevergo to this location again. Read more
They did not let 3yo use a restroom before we make an order and pay. When we did place an order so-called service was very... unfriendly and slow. And we had to ask for the restroom code once again, because they kinda ?forget? that we have asked for itright before placing the order. As for me this entire situation was unreasonably inhuman. I hope they would never get in asituation like this with their kids ?cuz I don?t wish it for anyone. Read more
Food was ok. The service on the other hand could improve. We walked in, looked over the menu ( mind you it wasn't busy but had 2... people in the front working drive thru orders) we waited, the cashier was done with what she was doing, walked up to theregister and looked at us, (no greeting) so I guess that was our queue to order.
