Wow! 12.99 per lbs to make your own hot pot. You can have the original broth added or dry mix. They had a great assortment of... meats, vegetables, and noodles. My soup tasted phenomenally!! There was a small bar at the side of the counter with additionalonions, sauces, cilantro, salt n pepper, and fresh garlic. You can ask for a small bowl rice. It's an additional $1.00. Eachbowl ended up weighting 1.85lbs which cost roughly $58. I'd much rather make my hot pot however I want and end up with extrasfor later. I will come back!!! Read more

If you've spent some time trying to find a restaurant that is homey and has food that warms your soul, look no further. Yin Tang... is perfect for this time of the year (especially today with our 17 degree snow). I feel that hot pot places are usually a hit ormiss, so it took me about a week to venture out and try out Yin Tang because they only have 2 main base options - spicy housesoup broth or spicy dry mix. Anyway, I'm glad that I did because the soup broth has such great flavor - excellent dimension. You really won't wish for more options. The concept is simple - you're immediately given a large bowl for your raw ingredients, choose whatever you'd like down the "buffet" line, then pay by the pound. The soup base is $11.99/pound, and the dry mix is$12.99. You also choose your spice level (1-4). I highly recommend eating at the restaurant because they are much more generouswith the broth compared to take out orders. I usually have a hard time finishing my entire bowl; as it ends up being deceptivelylarger than I anticipate. Covid procedures are followed well - all tables and chairs are wiped down after customers leave.Employees wear masks; customers are required to wear masks when entering and grabbing raw ingredients. All tables and countershave 75% alcohol hand sanitizer. Highly recommend to my comfort food fanatics. Read more

It?s 12.99 per lbs of food. You pick your own ingredients at the food bar once you go in the restaurant. Weigh your food and... hand it to them so they can cook in the back. Pick of two broth: tomatoes or original one. We pick the tomato one. Very goodbut can?t add any spicy into it. But they have chili oil on the table There is a sauce bar with some sauce options, garlic, cilantro, green onions, etc? My portion come out to be 0.75 lbs I was full. My husband?s was wayyy too much. But we can take ittogo. Read more

Pick your own ingredients and they cook it with either a beef or tomato broth. You can also order it dry. We both got the broth.... We got a 2 and it was a little spicy for me. Next time I'd go with a 1. Food was great! Read more

1st time trying Taiwanese food, and I will definitely be back! THE CONCEPT..... you are given a huge bowl, to fill with all... types of meats, noodles, and veggies.... you then decide if you want it in the form of soup or dipped in crazy good seasonedbroth, drained, then tossed and served in a dry seasoning... pick your heat level, and this place was MAGICAL ???? THE COST....$12.99/ lb, so watch your portions, if that even matters to you! If not, pile it on, and ENJOY! #EATHERE Read more
