Wingstop located at the intersection of Belt Line and Josey Lane. There are about 6 tables indoors and a couple outdoors.... Service was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean. The food was freshly prepared, the fries were still crispy. Well I will say This is the Most Efficient dirty store. Like they were like all intune with Food, orders from Online but when... it comes to Fountain area. Dirty. Floors. Dirty. They had the Glass cleaner on the Past thru for Dine in. Granted it wasn't openbut still. The guy at the Register was like Robot. He finally move from the Register. It finally died off. Quoted 35-40 minutes. Showed up 25 minutes into the wait thinking my food was just about to come out. Nope, my order with 2... meals were already out on the shelf. The fries were cold so I asked if they could remake them. Without hesitation they did. Thebad part was the wings. Me and my family ordered 24 boneless wings and every single one of them had very little chicken in them. It was like biting into... a very hard rock made out of bread. I dunno who was cooking last night but they need to take lessons again. We didn?t get thesauce we wanted and along with that the sides were all messed up. Won?t be going here anymore, the kids that work here just don?t know how to make anything. Ordered garlic parmesan boneless... wings and they didn?t even add the flavor to them. Specifically asked if they could separate the spicy wings from the rest sincemy girlfriend can?t eat spicy wings and they could t even do that. Ordered 1 blue cheese and 2 ranch since we get 3 sauces andthey gave us all ranch. Would not recommend. Read more
Horrible experience. Placed order for dine in the guy with los bukis/joe dirt haircut took our order wasn?t busy at all however... we was waiting for over 40 minutes for a 6 piece order I finally got up and told him I?m sorry how much longer for our order hesays what?s the name I say the name and he says ohh it?s here, it was sitting in the to go area I tell him you saw us waitingthis order was to dine in why didn?t you call my name he gave me attitude and was making a excuse saying oh we our busy witchdoesn?t make since I wasn?t complaining about why our order took for ever I was complaining because our order was sitting therefor over 40min and never called our name and when we got our food it was cold and soggy since been sitting there. I ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, when I got home I saw that 7 of them were missing, I couldn't go back to order the... remaining wings because they closed at 10 pm. In addition, I requested my order at 9:30 pm and they delivered it to me at 9:50. In a previous order I paid for only Drums and in the order there were also flats. Clearly this location pre cooks wings and fries and leaves them sitting in the basket (I've seen this at other locations)! I... live not even 3 minutes away, told 25-35 minutes got there about 20 minutes after ordering and the wings are COLD (not cool norwarm). Do better! Read more
