First time trying and I am very satisfied with the chicken and sides. The service was quick and polite. I'll definitely be back.
First of all the cost of the food was outrageously high and when I got it home the wings were burned to a crisp and you couldn't... hardly eat them. I will definitely not go back there. No! There was a homeless guy sleeping in there. There's a raggedy shelf with half plants blocking a door that im sure shouldn't... be blocked! The chicken tasted pasty. No flavor. We should have known better when we walked in! Read more

Visited Williams Chicken on Trinity Mills & Marsh on Saturday 8/27. Spent 20 bucks on lunch for 1 and could not get butter for... the bread rolls and the little gal would not give me ranch dressing for my okra. Very dissatisfied with the service and attitudeof the lady who took my order. She gave me everything packed and togo but I was dinning in and got very confrontational when Iasked for ranch for my okra, not a good experience. This company claims to give to the community (see pic) but would not evengive a paying customer a couple condiments. With so many options to dine out in Carrollton I'll just keep driving by this place.This was my first and last visit to any Williams Chicken. Read more
I normally love Williams chicken. However, during this visit there was a man sleeping in one of the tables, the chicken (though... hot and fresh) had so little flavor I had to force it down my gullet. I will continue going to William's Chicken just adifferent location. Read more

Drive through. A bit slow but worth the wait. Chicken and rolls were very good.
