Needs to be said, super ghetto. That night shift may be nice, but the experience was terrible. All you can hear is personal... business throughout the restaurant. Food was cold and sloppy, forgotten items from the kids meal. Floor was so wet that therewere signs everywhere, and I was still slipping while pregnant. A group of baseball players came in to eat, and some didn't haveon shoes, very unsanitary. Toes out while I ate a cold meal, gross. My husband told me not to say anything, that we would nevergo back, but I love Whataburger and this was an awful experience. Also it's the closest one to our home, so it's convenient whenI get off work. Drive thru was broken, so a young girl was taking orders in the rain outside, so we decided to just eat in,never again. The manager is a part of the problem, entertaining the crew with foolishness. She was loud and obnoxious as well.We won't be going back and I want a refund for the cold food. Read more

Went at 8:30 pm Sunday. There were at least 7 employees there. We ordered dine in. After 15 mins. My wife went to the counter to... see where our food was. It was in a bag at drive thru. When we opened the bag food was COLD. One employee grabbed trash out ofreceptacle and bag was leaking all over Floor. Apparently he didn't notice since 2 other employees who were hanging outsidewalked thru the mess. No one cleaned it up. Employees were goofing off throughout. There was 1 employee there that was workinghard. Taking orders, serving customers. There were 15 customers there. 7 employees to 15 customers service should have beenbetter. Read more

Sadly, I had to change my rating from five stars down to two stars. The last three times that I have ordered curbside there,... I've waited over 15 to 20 minutes, before going in. The next to most recent time I went there, I asked about my drink, and theyhanded me a cup to go get it, myself. If I were eating there, I would have expected that. When I have to go in, the employeesare visibly put out by a customer bothering them with their order. This last time, there were literally two people in the diningroom - there wasn't a rush. I love whataburger. It's so much better than other fast food restaurants, but if there is animprovement, changes will be made. Read more

Once Whataburger figures out how to get the drive thru orders out quickly, they'll get a ton more business. I usually avoid them... for this reason. This location is the same as the others :/ Read more

Whenever I?m craving a burger it?s their mushroom Swiss burger I have in mind. The flavors are delicious and the mushrooms... juicy. Definitely the best burger on the menu, so imagine my surprise when I try to order and they tell me it?s been removedfrom the menu. Not sure why they?d cut this of all options but I won?t be returning unless they bring it back. That is more of acorporate issue and no direct complaint on this location. They?re pretty quick and accurate here Read more

This is now the second time that I have received the worst service I have ever had at a Whataburger. After a 5 minute wait with... no acknowledgement of our presence we wanted to make sure the speaker was working and said hello. With still no response a fewminutes later we repeated hello and were aggressively told "say hello again-say hello again" after we asked excuse me to makesure we were understanding, they said say "hello again I'm busy." When we entered the store they denied it ever happening. Wewill gladly drive to the other side of town if we ever go back to a Whataburger, which may never happen. Read more

Crew was amazing. Positive place it seems like. Staff was soooo friendly! I placed a mobile order and they were fast getting it... out to me. I also saw them provide effective communication with the other patrons and it was refreshing to see. No attitudes. Nounder cover rudeness! One of the employees opened the door for me before I walked in. He was on his way to his break justawesome to see. All the staff was communicating with each other. And I just want to say thank you! Last few weeks has been going down hill. Wife and I used to come as our "go to" when we couldn't decide on a place. Today we... decided not to return. We went inside to dine, 3 people in line, stood there for upwards of 10 minutes due to the person takingorders messing each one up. Got to order and it was put as "to go", more in a second on that. Waited a LONG time for order, watching others get theirs that ordered after us. Wife went to the counter asking where our food was, and it was sitting in abag, waiting for us to pick it up. (Remember the "to go" comment?) Sat and unpacked our order, it was actually correct for themost part, but no condiments. They bring the condiments with your order for dine in, but we were "to go" so I grabbed one of thecondiment trays myself. Unfortunately, this is not a one time thing. This used to be a great place, but the last few weeks,it's gone to hell. I guess that's why they now have exclusively Christian music blaring, trying to drive off what ever demonshave taken over. Not returning. Read more
