The food is decent but the customer service is very poor. They steady forget things in your order or give you the wrong thing.... They don?t repeat your order to you when you pay so when you check your bag, things are missing or incorrect. When you remindthem of their mistake, staff seems highly annoyed that you even checked your bag and seem hesitant to correct it. I saw anotherpost regarding price changes when you go to pay, I can attest to that. I recommend getting an itemized receipt before you pay,especially if you pay cash. Read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Food didn?t even smell good. I ordered S7 which was some seafood dish and it looked... so gross I didn?t touch it. Asked for a refund and he told me I couldn?t get a refund. My friend was going through her food andwas picking out little creatures from the sea other than what was listed. Placed my order at 9:30 showed up and couldn?t pick up my order due to them closing down the restaurant early. Why answer the... phone and take my order if you had intentions on closing early? Horrible customer service. Asked if I had cash, which I didn?tso I got turned away. The man upfront didn?t care either. He was just worried about getting out right at 10. Not good forbusiness. Oh I got time today asked for fried rice get home and have white rice after the fact I related my order for confirmation to the... person that took it. Called the restaurant back to make them aware of the mistake and I was talked to rudely and had the phonehung up in my face. Then they had the audacity to call me back after rudely hung up on me when they screwed up my order. Knawnever again not even the point about the money you can keep that it?s the principle. Because if you?re rude like that after youmake a mistake with my order it?s no telling what you might do to my food? Advice people stay clear and away. Read more

The drive through is very fast at certain time of the day. It is American Asian fast food with simple menu. Food is flavorful. I... tried the spicy seafood noodles we loved the flavor but I am not a big fan of Udon noodles with a different noodles I wouldorder it again. The service is good and straight forward. So very disappointed in this place. I hardly ever write bad reviews but I am still in shock at what my order came out to be. My... family had been going to this place for years. The food used to be hot, fresh, plentiful & surprisingly good quality. But now IDON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? The spicy seafood noodles I ordered came with 2 small sad pieces of fried fish, 1 tiny shrimp (thesize of a dime) and some small bits of "seafood", less than a handful total. I have always ordered this dish in the past and wasalways surprised on the amount of seafood was packed in. It used to look just like the picture on the menu with the exception ofthe noodle, you can't say that about many places. I completely understand businesses are having a hard time with covid butdon't do this to your customers. I would have happily paid more to get the quality and actual seafood I used to get from thisplace. I feel ripped off for paying $10.99(+tax) for basically noodles. I am all about supporting small business and even moreso during these times but I'm questioning about returning back due to the drop in quality and lack of honesty toward thecustomer. *If you are advertising a dish to look and have certain items, a customer should get what they pay for, or close toit.* As customers, we work hard for our money too, just like you, and I'm sure you would be disappointed if you choose toloyally spend your money somewhere and didn't get what you paid for.
