Sometimes good, but too often I've had to go back inside and have some part of my order re-done because the people making it... aren't paying attention. And when I do have to go inside to do that it can take 5-10 minutes before anyone even talks to me. Idon't know if maybe the speaker is bad or something, but I repeated something 4 times to the person on the speaker, only to getto the window and have them repeat back the wrong thing I tried over and over to clarify. Also more than half the times I'vebeen there they've had someone's like 4 year old daughter in the kitchen area like she was just brought in while her mom workedand that just makes me a bit uncomfortable about how sanitary the area is. I ordered two Big Freak?n tacos, no lettuce, what I received was two lettuce tacos with nothing but lettuce and a tiny bit of... meat. Every time I go to this place, I wait several months before trying them again because I love Taco Bueno but this locationis ridiculously inept, they never get my order correct and they always skim on the ingredients, unless it?s lettuce that youdidn?t ask for. If I ever go back, I will definitely check my food before I leave. Read more
Rating this location. Service was friendly and fast. The restaurant was clean and the salsa bar was maintained. No complaints.
If I had written this review a year ago, it would have received 1 star as it actually could have physically hurt me from the... objects that were misplaced in the food, and the service was horrible. I reached out to Taco Bueno Corporate and they didn'trespond back, even though I had requested them to and clicked the option. It doesn't seem that Taco Bueno cares about theircustomers, so good luck if you get bad service from one of their locations. That being said, the store seems to be ran by adifferent crew lately and has been much better. I haven't had sharp objects in my food in a while and they usually get my ordercorrect. Read more
If I could give this store ZERO stars for today's fiasco I would. I went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 crispy chicken tacos &... a party burrito with no chili sauce. When I got to the window they said I had ordered some platter. I said no & repeated myorder. They hurried to get it fixed & me away from the window. I get back to my office only to discover they gave me 2 BEEFcrispy tacos. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, right? Well I'm allergic to BEEF. And, then they wouldn't answer theirphone,, they just pick it up & hang up. Stay away from this location, they don't care about their customers at all! Read more
It's always amazing when you find a place bet within walking in the door and greeting the cashier you know you made a bad... mistake.. not only was a cashier rude he found it funny that he couldn't be understood due to a heavy accent. Then to top it alloff the foods kind of thrown together I ordered a chicken bowl and notice the photo and there's barely any chicken nor does itlook like the photo and the advertisement. It is Taco Bueno so I don't expect much, but I do actually expect to be served. The first night before closing, the sign said... open. Several cars in line waited. After quite some time, they decided to pull to the window. Still no word. Still no service.No one to be found. A car outside. Lights on inside. And the various open signs lit up outside. Tried to go in, the door waslocked. Did they get robbed? There was only one car without a soul in it so perhaps there was only one person there. It was10-20 minutes before closing but why after four cars with wait times of 10 minutes or more was there no one. Why was the doorclosed? Okay so people make mistakes. I will come tomorrow I thought. Day two: got there a few hours before closing time. Fewpeople working and waiting in line inside the store... Waited and waited and no one said a word. I finally left and have decidedthat this Tace Bueno location needs new employees or new management before I bother again. It is just a burrito afterall.
