I just want to give a shout-out to the elder Hispanic lady working there by herself tonight. How in the world do the owners go... to sleep knowing they have one person running the whole restaurant by herself!!! Cooking and taking orders on her own ????.Order took a little longer but it was by far the best taco bell I've had in a while. So kudos to that lady! She deserves apromotion or raise!!! Shame on the owners and managers! Read more

Went through the drive thru. Order taker was very short and rude. The best part is when he put his dirty shoe up on the... counter, then he took his shoe off and placed his dirty socked foot on the counter as well. When they saw me taking pictures hecame to the window and threatened me. I did call the Carrollton Police to inform him of his violent behavior. The CarrolltonPD will be watching him when he goes to and from work for a while. He's best to not threaten people with violence and at leaststop putting his dirty feet on the counter where food is served....Pathetic. ...We won't be going back. Read more

I've been here multiple times and this is consistently the best taco bell I've been to. I've never had a missing or poorly made... item, and the staff is always friendly specially a new guy call Santiago I think that is his name. I'll be back! Read more

The restaurant says that it closes at 2am, but when I got there at 1am, they were already closed. They didn?t answer the speaker... and didn?t even look to my direction at the window. After multiple horns, one of the guys inside signalled me that it wasclosed. He didn?t even bothered to open the window nor apologise. There were many other customers who had similar experienceslike me at still they didn?t give any regards. This has happed to me once, but at that time the guy inside opened the window andatleast talked with me. Also it was mobile order and I don?t think I am going to get my money back. Read more

Location is great for drive thru and can't say I've been inside for years so no call on that but the food is disappointing and... unfortunately this location can't do much about it as they seem to prepare everything properly and timely it's just as placesseem to evolve, taco bell kind of stays the same. Unfortunately i have to factor this in when grading food places and this iswhere alot if people miss the mark reviewing, by grading a mom and pop on a higher set of standards. If taco bell is yourthing, you can't go wrong at this one. Read more

I really don't leave reviews often and when I do I want them to be positive, but after a few issues here I'm hoping that maybe... management could do some training for their employees. The biggest issue is that certain employees are incredibly rude. This hashappened MANY times. I don't remember a time in the last year when one of them wasn't very put off by a request. Today, I drovethrough (6/13 around 12:50) and the employee opened the window and handed me the bag without saying anything. I said "oh excuseme, could I get some hot sauce". I smiled, tried to do it very respectfully. She actually rolled her eyes, picked up somealready on the counter and threw it in the bag. I said "thank you so much" and she shut the window without a word. I totally geteveryone has a bad day, but this is an example of EVERY time I go... Seriously. Apparently this location does not like youasking for sauce because that is usually what sets them off with me. A big no no is when they get the order wrong and you try toask them to correct it (I was perfectly nice about it). I'm honestly writing this for their sake. If someone doesn't teach themthey can't treat customers like this, they won't have success anywhere. They also got my order wrong, which is very typical ofthis location in my experience. Please, teach your employees how to treat customers. Especially when they are showing kindnessand not being rude or demanding in any way. Read more

Came in and placed an order at the kiosk, 4 groups ordered after us with some of the same items we ordered and all got their... food before we got ours. After waiting 20+ minutes, we stood at the counter and were ignored. After a few minutes, we had tocall out to get attention. Then they merely said ?it?s coming.? A sign in the kitchen states the core values of this place as?positive energy, integrity, accountability, guest focus, and servant leadership? to name a few. None of these values weredisplayed. It has now been 40+ minutes and we have yet to receive our order. Read more
