said their register didn?t accept gift cards for some reason and the sandwich was already made so i had to pay it with my debit.

This was one of the nicest subways I've been too. The only downfall is that they was a homeless guy they were letting sleep... inside. Must know the guy lol Read more

The place was very clean and had a cozy setting with even a little fireplace at one side. Honestly I think there was only one... person working, but despite being busy he was very courteous and helpful. Read more

All staff slow and don't move with urgency. Stated they make online orders over in store customers. Drive thru even slower.... Never more than 2 people on hand. Don't go to this location. Read more

I like subway but this location is horrible. I just took a job that has me very close to this location and I was excited to have... a subway so close. I've eaten there twice and won't eat there again. Food is definitely substandard to the other locations Ihave been to. The staff is apathetic at best and one of the workers was making sandwiches without wearing a mask but he wouldput it on to meet the customers in the drive through. I also never saw anyone replace their gloves or wash their hands on thetwo occasions I ate there. Read more

This location could've been a little cleaner in the bathroom. I was surprised by the cozy seating environment, complete with... electric fireplace (not joking), cushy seats, and TV. The staff was friendly enough. Some of the food toppings though werevisibly getting frostbite and looked less than fresh. Overall, I would go back again. Read more

I like Subway in general. This location is close to where I work...so naturally have been a frequent customer for a year or... two...but that will change. The past several times trying to dine at this location their ice machine was broken, toaster wasbroken, their credit card processing machine was broken and/or their TV was broken. Plus their staff (who used to be great)lacks customer service. Today, I went to this location for lunch to give them another chance after a poor experience last time(picture of sandwich is attached). 3 people were in line and 1 car was in the drive through (not at all busy). The 2 ladysbehind the counter were arguing and cussing at eachother as my sandwich was being made because 1 was bossing the other ladyaround. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I didnt end up getting the sandwich that I wanted because I was hesitant to put in arequest. On top of that the toaster was broken and ice machine was empty. One of the lady's who was arguing told the otherthat she was going to call some guy named Todd when she was done slapping my lunch together to have him settle whatever issuethey had. Not sure if Todd is the owner of this store; but Todd if you are please contact me to make this right!! Read more
