I am in my car on the verge of tears with how upset they made me. Management is so rude and horrible. They rang up my order... incorrectly and I simply and politely asked for it to be corrected or refunded. The manager tried to argue with me and raisedhis voice at me. I have severe anxiety so I already didn?t want to say anything about the order being rang up incorrectly tobegin with, and when I did say something I basically got yelled at for there mistake. I was so upset I just left the facilityand told myself I will never be back. Ruined my whole appetite. They need complete new management with people who can actuallyspeak English properly. Manager is rude and doesn?t understand English. Tried to explain the monster sub (new specialty) came with double cheese and she... kept asking if I wanted herbs and cheese bread when she was already making the sandwich, had to keep showing her and theemployee there what goes on the sandwich as they seemed unsure or just trying to cut corners. Declined my ability to use a giftcard and wanted to deny me using a debit card but I refused any other method. Avoid this location at all costs, I know I will. Read more

This Subway location is a joke and doesn't even deserve a single star. The employee helping me through the line was friendly but... could hardly speak any English. The manager (I didn't get her name but she is Hispanic) was extremely rude and unaccommodating.The lettuce had a dark color and looked really bad. When I asked if they had any other lettuce on hand, she said, "It all lookslike that." As if I was complaining for no reason. I grab my sunchips by the register to get the combo, and the manager says tome in a rude tone, "Want anything else?" I left the chips on the register and got out of there as fast as I could. Every day youkeep this manager at your store, you are LOSING customers, Subway and damaging your brand. I scrolled down, and there are morereviews just like this one. I won't even think about setting foot in this Subway or any other for a long time. I would love aresponse on this Google Review letting me know the action taken. This Subway has an Employee who should not work at none where, she is Hispanic, about 18 or 20 years old and treats customers... disrespectfully, I asked her for something and she did not want to do it. It is obvious that she does not want to work orprovide customer service. I told her that I was going to report her for her bad and disrespectful attitude and rhetorically shetold me that she didn't care and threw my sandwich in the trash. I ordered online as the restaurant rarely accepts cards in store and say its cash only. I ordered a spicy Italian and the bread... was so hard it was inedible. I removed the ingredients from the bread and ate plain, the wrong sauce was used and there was 4slices of meat for a footlong sub. I ordered cookies, the Raspberry cheesecake and they gave me oatmeal that were also so hardthey were inedible. I understand being out of something but at least let me know and I can substitute it or if the cookies areold I'd change to chips. The establishment was also locked when I came to pick up my order I knocked on the door as I alreadypaid and 2 workers saw me and kept talking while sitting at the table. Finally after 5 minutes someone came and unlocked thedoor. A gentleman followed me in as he wanted to order and the man that had gloves on and was using his phone made this man'sorder with the same gloves he was wearing to play on his phone. Neither of us were greeted. This was horrible I paid 12$ to eata handful of veggies covered in the wrong sauce. Looking at reviews after my experience this appears to be standard and I wouldhope that someone cares enough about making money from the franchise and avoid being shut down by the health department to dosomething.
