really great service at this location. I drink Starbucks pretty often and the staff here makes that coffee extra special. Liz... went above and beyond for me with her service and I really appreciate that. It was top notch service and I hope she will benoticed for that. I stopped in to take a break from shopping and the dinning room had 5 or 6 college age kids deep in studies with laptops,... tablets and headsets on. Great management to give them a safe place with wifi to improve themselves. The coffee was second bestonly to the atmosphere. Read more
The staff were terribly impolite and visibly angry, frowning and scowling at a simple request to put 2 ice cubes in my hot... drink. Isn't it possible that someone wants?! Separately it was visibly disorganized and we waited a long time for our drinks.The outside tables were very dirty, the chairs too. At least the drink and cake were delicious. This Starbucks is just as good as any other one might find out there. Not terribly outstanding in any particular way, but solid... and efficient as one would come to expect from this franchise. Wife still frequents this location and hasn't had any complaints(despite my complaints of her frequenting this location lol). Read more
We?re happy that they moved this location from across the street because of course the drive through is so convenient. They are... often very busy but do a good job of keeping up with the volume and the line always goes pretty quickly. We usually don?t haveany issues with our orders. We recently ordered (2) cold brews that they made a mistake on, they added sweetener to them byaccident. We went back inside and they replaced them quickly without any issue. Starbucks is a very large coffee chain in North America. This Starbucks is located in North Texas, on West Frankford Road in... Carrollton. The interior is quiet and dark. I ordered a tall iced coffee with Almond milk and a Grande Water with Ice. I foundthe coffee to be reasonably tasty, with the added sweeteners helping the overall flavor a lot. I found the water to be cold,with a clear taste, with hints of neutral. I would say the PH of the water was about 7, but as I did not have any litmus stripson hand I was unable to test this. This is honestly the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. It?s very close to my house, so occasionally, I will stop by for... convenience purposes. However, after my most recent experience, I?ve decided I will no longer waste my money at thisstore. There is no consistency at this location and without fail, every order of mine has been messed up and I end up wastingtime having them fix my order. Read more
