really great service at this location. I drink Starbucks pretty often and the staff here makes that coffee extra special. Liz... went above and beyond for me with her service and I really appreciate that. It was top notch service and I hope she will benoticed for that. I stopped in to take a break from shopping and the dinning room had 5 or 6 college age kids deep in studies with laptops,... tablets and headsets on. Great management to give them a safe place with wifi to improve themselves. The coffee was second bestonly to the atmosphere. Read more
The staff were terribly impolite and visibly angry, frowning and scowling at a simple request to put 2 ice cubes in my hot... drink. Isn't it possible that someone wants?! Separately it was visibly disorganized and we waited a long time for our drinks.The outside tables were very dirty, the chairs too. At least the drink and cake were delicious.
