Never in my life have I received a cappuccino with this unproportional amount of cinnamon powder, almost as if they didnt want... me to drink it. When I ordered and opened up the lid, it did not have any cinnamon powder, so I asked or more. But As if when Iasked for a little bit more of the cinnamon powder to my drink because it did not have any, it upset the person who was makingmy drink. Seemed like they dumped the whole powder on the my drink and gave it to me with the lid closed. I was lost of wordsbecause this is my usual order and I have never received it looking like this. I am a person with a routine early morning andwasnt the best way to start my day. Following this interaction, I went to another starbucks location and ordered my usual tallhot cappucinco with cinnamon powder on top and I got it just like how I wanted it. My money was not valued here and feltdisrespected to the max and wanted to leave this here so it wont happen to me or to anyone else whether you guys read it or not. Read more
This location has been out of lunch items! Yesterday they had no sandwich?s no protein boxes. Nothing for lunch. According to... there app. they looked like they were restocked today. So I drove for 10 minutes to get lunch here. They were already out ofthe sandwiches by 1130 am. I am not sure who is at fault But someone needs to do better at stocking lunch sandwiches. Read more
Really Starbucks?!? I ordered a venti light ice brown sugar oatmilk espresso and was given a venti cup with a grande sized... filling. When I questioned the size, I was told they were out of cups and had to put it in a larger cup. I informed them Iordered a venti. He then went to inquire inside and came back to say it was like that because I requested light ice. Basicallyadmitting the drink is all ice. I order this the same way at every other location and it is always filled to the top. This is asorry excuse for a Starbucks. I will never return. Save your time and go to another location. Read more
Great coffee, just takes a while to get it. Pleasent people and the order in order ahead has always been right.
Don?t ever expect to get your order how it?s supposed to be made here. The coffee always tastes like a glass of milk and you pay... $2 for sweet cream foam that is never there. I ordered a frappe today and it was literally blended ice with whipped cream.Completely disappointed in all of the time I?ve wasted and will be glad to not be ordering from this location ever again. Ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Shaken espresso with light ice via mobile. I asked the employee why it was only filled up to the... third line on the venti cup. His reply ?it?s because you ordered light ice that?s why it?s not filled to the top. If you wantedit to the top you should have ordered extra oatmilk.? As always, friendly, fast service with a smile on faces. Always great place to meet friends and clients for a minute or even few... hours. Some of the Starbucks I've used as an office spot for many hours at a time. This time it wasn't packed as they usuallytend to be. Keep up the good work, and thank you all again. Read more
I get Starbucks literally everyday! The first pic is from this location. They charge $8.26 for this and serve it missing that... much! I ordered a venti. Sad thing I paid almost $24 for 3 and all were served the same way. She stated because of the lightice. So what if I ask for no ice? I go to different locations as well so the second picture was a location by my job. All thesame Ingredients and as you see, I had already sipped on it and it looks fuller! I Will not be returning!
