I ordered online and three other cars pulled in after me and received their food before I did and they ordered their meal at the... speaker, took 20 minutes to get my food. I went to the one in the colony and it was the same thing. Don't order online from here Read more
Don't go here if you want rude staff and dont care and yell at you. Went during lunch and wait a whole hour with no help. Car... that would get there after our got help out, really. We even tried to get out car and oder in person and we left with no food. But a rude employee. I get you short staff but at least let us know you be right with us a dnot take a oder that's came afterus. Read more
I'm quite surprised at the number of bad reviews. I have been visiting this Sonic for 10 years. Working across the street, it's... an easy go-to for breakfast, drinks, lunch, and dinner. I have never had a missing item, poor service, a too-long wait - unlessthey were super busy and that is understood - or a bad item from my order! Sonic on Josey never waited on us so we went to Midway Sonic. Jay did a super job with a smile the whole time. That guy worked... hard. Food was good and hot. Highly recommend Shark drink. Read more

I went around 1:30 p.m. and It took 15 minutes before I was spoken to. After I ordered my food, five conies, it took another 15... minutes for a total of 30 minute wait. They were doing that $1 per Conie deal, and apparently they were extremely busy and lowon the product item. My server was very kind and explained what was going on. Apparently each one of the conies are frozen, andthey had to thaw them out. All in all i was very happy with what I actually received, though I wish I had received more warningthat it was going to take a while. Read more
