These guys have gotten *incredibly* slow lately. I placed an order in the app for a large slush, a medium coke, and an order of... cheddar peppers. After pulling in and trying the spot we were in to the app, it showed our order in the kitchen true 15minutes, at which point it said it was on the way out. Another 10 minutes went by before anyone actually brought it out. Icounted 6 other cars in the parking lot, and during that time I didn't see anyone getting any food. I get that sometimes thingsjust go wrong, but for the past 2 months these guys have been getting slower and slower. Read more
This location cannot get it together, and I strongly recommend corporate come take a look at this store, before they kill... someone and cause a lawsuit. Hot dogs are rarely cooked correctly, they look awful, and they're always packaged so that most ofyour toppings are left stuck on the foil packaging. Onion rings, which are one of my favorite sonic sides, are always bad atthis store, whether its burnt, cooked in old oil, etc. Fries are frequently cold or undercooked. I could go on, but what's thepoint? I've complained multiple times and they never get better. From now on, I'll be taking my business to any other location,hopefully without the same issues. Over 30 minutes to get my food. Thanks for taking up my entire lunch period. To top it off the order is wrong. The sticker on... the burger container says " no tomato" there's a slice on the burger. This Sonic is great! They are quick to have orders delivered. Food is of great proportion, warm and delicious. I ordered the... double bacon cheeseburger. The meat is thick and juicy, not loaded with tons of veggies. Nice and beefy! The tots were cooked toperfection. Nice and crispy! Blue ocean water slush is delicious. Dr. Pepper is crisp and tasty. The car hops here are warm andfriendly. I think it's cool how they delover food on their skates too! The parking lot is clean and free of trash and debris. Read more
Food is subpar. But the worst part is the staff. I went to get my pickup order and the lady who spoke with me today said "how... can I help you" I told her I was picking up and she said nothing and ended the call. So I pressed the button again. Sheanswered, I said sorry you didn't say anything so I pressed it again because I have a pickup order. Her response was "I don'thave to say anything I sent someone out." Wow. Will never ever come here again and I live just down the Frankford. Read more
