These guys have gotten *incredibly* slow lately. I placed an order in the app for a large slush, a medium coke, and an order of... cheddar peppers. After pulling in and trying the spot we were in to the app, it showed our order in the kitchen true 15minutes, at which point it said it was on the way out. Another 10 minutes went by before anyone actually brought it out. Icounted 6 other cars in the parking lot, and during that time I didn't see anyone getting any food. I get that sometimes thingsjust go wrong, but for the past 2 months these guys have been getting slower and slower. Read more

Food is subpar. But the worst part is the staff. I went to get my pickup order and the lady who spoke with me today said "how... can I help you" I told her I was picking up and she said nothing and ended the call. So I pressed the button again. Sheanswered, I said sorry you didn't say anything so I pressed it again because I have a pickup order. Her response was "I don'thave to say anything I sent someone out." Wow.
