Worse every time I come here, hoping it'd be better. I knew the drive thru here takes forever, so decided to use the app to... place an order for pick up inside. Doors locked when I arrived so ended up having to wait in the drive thru line for 25minutes! When I finally got to the speaker, I was told to just drive up to the window. The order hadn't even been started!!!Finally got the food, the bun on the sandwiches were just plain cold, as in just out of the fridge cold! 40 minutes for acouple sandwiches! This store is the worst. Any time we order on doordash it?s always incorrect and takes over an hour, we end up with multiple... dashers cancelling because it takes so long. Last night my husband was conveniently passing by and decided to just hit the drivethrough to avoid any kind of doordash delays, so I was excited. They still got the order wrong, a 3 piece tender meal turned into like a 10 piece meal, yay leftovers I guessed, but I have been sick in and out of my bathroom for over 12 hours now. Hours say they?re open until 11 in Saturdays. Get here at 10. I go to the door, and they yell at me saying that they?re closed,... yet I see inside that they?re having a whole birthday party. I am beyond confused. Read more

NEVER have I ever been so disgusted with an establishment and received such poor customer service! I ordered food today at this... location and specifically asked for fresh made food, I was assured by the cashier at the window ?Ms. Dorothy? that my food wouldbe fresh, to my disappointment, my food was NOT fresh, I returned to the window to ask for a refund, prepared to return the foodwith my receipt. Ms. Dorothy rudely takes the food as she proceeds to ask for my drink back, turns to the staff inside andstates she knows the food isn?t cold and shuts the window in my face as I?m speaking to her. I was not rude, I was in fact verynice to her, she met me with unnecessary attitude, the general manager then comes to the window, Ms. Dorothy continues to yellthat ?she?s a 62 year old woman that doesn?t answer to some little girl?, in fact, I?m no little girl but a paying customer thatis well over the little girl age. She proceeds to yell at her manager and threatens him to fire her! The manager was nothelpful, I forgot to ask his name, but he clearly wasn?t respected by this poor of an excuse for a woman and employee. I thenproceeded to ask for the corporate phone number, the manager reports not having the information. I then asked if the number onmy receipt was correct to speak with the store owner, the manager reported the store having no working phones. I HAVE NEVER beentreated so poorly at an establishment, especially by a woman professing to be 62 years of age! Popeyes do better or you will bea distant memory one day due to this piss poor customer service!
