30 minutes late, cold and soggy. The delivery guy wasn?t even using the red warmer pouches, pizzas were just sitting on the... front seat of his car. I had a previous issue at this pizza hut regarding large pizzas with small slices and huge crust however the manager contacted... me, made it up to me and was patient and kind through the process! My wife ordered two pizzas from this place. Boy has this place went to the dogs. Not only was one of the pizzas wrong. But when... we called back to let them know that they put a bacon and cheese pizza in the box instead of a sausage and pepperoni the guy onthe phone wanted my wife to drive back up to the store and let him see the pizza that was wrong instead of taking her word forit. How unprofessional as well as disrespectful. This place is pety like I've never seen. One star is being generous. Needlessto say my wife took the pizza back up there and they replaced it.
