My wife stopped going up there bc they mess the orders up frequently. I happened to stop anyway bc it was close.lo and behold,... I'm missing parts of my order. We will never come back as this is an all the time thing. Throughout the many months in the yearthey have been consistently ruining orders. Read more

Manager was extremely rude this morning when I was picking up food for my kids. I asked her for another bag and she stated, ?No... one told you to tear the bag I have too many customers to deal with this right now?? she then continued on to be rude and makesarcastic remarks that were not appreciated at all. I used to love bringing my kids to this location but not anymore. I refuseto take my kids to a location with poor customer service. Read more

Made a purchase on the McDonald's app because it's offering tons of free food at around 9: 45pm got to McDonald's at 10:05pm and... they inform me my order did not exist because any online app order has a cut off at 10:00 even though the app did not say thatthis must have been a store specific rule and even if picking it up after 10:00 even though you've already paid for it it erasesit from the system. Even though the informative was something I should be aware of even though there's no information regardingthis and my apps sitting there giving me a confirmation number and everything the lady working was kind enough to fulfill myorder for much cheaper than it would have cost but these stores have to get in line with these online offers or what's the pointof all this? You know before I never used stuff like this until cash flow became an issue recently and I got thrifty and I'mfinding a systemic issue here that starts to leave the theories like our corporations just not even training people or caringbecause they know they're going to replace them with robots in the near future anyway? Something's got to give. For the recordI know a lot of my reviews revolve around this topic, but just know I'm not the person or type that is becoming irate and actingdeserving. I'm literally trying to help these employees who are clearly untrained on these issues and work with them. Some arenicer than others and this store was very nice about it so only docking them a star. Not once, not twice but three times did this McDonald's screw up my order. It's places like this that need to get made an... example of. Also , after these employees messed up my order and gave me a complimentary "9" piece nugget. Yes 9. Apparently theycan't count and don't know how to read either. Like come on .! This place is a joke . Very ungrateful people in here . I'm jusdisappointed Mcdonald's . Read more

Maria who is working the drive through on 8/26 needs to learn better customer service. I asked for two extra sauces in the drive... thru and she said she had put extra sauce in the bag. When looking I looked up and said no there is not. Before I could evenfinish my sentence she stated well it?s .25 for each extra sauce. I stated I didn?t care about the price and just wanted a fewextra. She then took my card from my hand and rolled her eyes and gave me the sauces. Then as the window was closing she saidsomething to another employee and they began to laugh. Poor customer service as this location has been amazing most of the time. Read more

We had the orders from drive thru and dropped the change of $14 on the ground. I tried to open the car door and pick my money up... but the cashier refused me to do so. The service is HORRIBLE! The girl in drive-thur has a low voice as it is but today she had a mask on, still whispering in... drive-thru and got an attitude because I told her I could barely hear her. I get to the second window and I asked the man forketchup he replied it?s in the bag. I open the bag and there?s only 2 I asked for more he got upset and flung 4 packets at meand slammed the window. I ordered an ice cream cone I never received. I called the store and nobody is answering the phone. Thereceipt is terrible and they?re very aware just to unbothered to fix it. Read more
