I would probably give five stars for this visit because I thought the food and service were very good. Shelter from rain for the... entire drive-through are horrible. It wasn't raining sideways. There was just no cover for the driver's window from the tinyoverhead thing at the speaker box. It's pretty much useless. The payment window was even worse. It directed a running torrent ofwater directly in through the front of the driver's window. Hang back a little. Don't pull very far forward, and you might befine in a hard rain. Second window's shelter seemed much better. Not perfect, but a lot closer. So! I had to say 3 times that Ineeded a few seconds before ordering, but that's fine. They're doing a lot, and the speaker system quality varies a lot.Hamburger extra mustard, ketchup, and pickle was just right. It wasn't pouring out, and wasn't dry. They put regular onionamount, not extra and not none (had those many times). Extra-crispy fries were exactly that. Filet-o-fish and Coke with lite icewere approved and consumed by my sister. Hey, Josey Lane McDonald's! Your crew is doing great. Make your customers happier withdrive-through improvements. Please. Update 20221207: Changed from 4 to 5 stars. Got hamburger happy meal for breakfast. Ifthat's what you want? Excellent. No one greeted me, and service was good. It's weird to stand facing a cashier who says nothing. Read more

Either they don?t understand properly when take the ordering or they?re too reluctant to take the order. Asked for hazelnut... latte and reconfirmed thrice but still they tapped to order simple latte. They don?t know about the menu they have. Again cameback and then told me give me the cup and will put the hazelnut shot there. They require some training in customer handling.Know your menu what you?re offering in restaurant. Read more

This is a solid McDonald's location, not many issues with the customer service and my orders have always been pretty accurate... based on my experience. The only issue is the traffic on Josey ln; Sometimes it can feel like Mario Cart on this street past4pm. Read more

Ordered and paid using the touch screen kiosk, which I liked. I followed the instructions and entered the tent number that I... took to my table. At that point I was thinking how cool it is that they'll bring the food to us. I had my granddaughter with meand I let her play in the play place since I wouldn't have to worry about having to step away to pick our food up at the frontcounter. After a few minutes and no food, and another few minutes to get my granddaughter out of the play structure, over 20minutes had passed since the order was placed. When we got to the counter I saw our tray and asked the guy how long it had beensitting there. He just said, "I kept calling out the number a few times". I asked what the purpose of the tent with the number,but he had no response. I wasn't expecting anyone to comp the meal or anything, but some sort of acknowledgment or apology seemsappropriate. Angelica always has the absolute worst customer service & attitude I've ever seen. I usually spend money at this McDonald's at... least 10 times or more a week. She always has a nasty attitude. This morning I asked for my money back due to her attitude androlling her eyes just because I asked how long b4 the coffee is done. I will never go back. From now on I'll drive to park andmidway where customers are appreciate and respected! The nerve or her! I don't even see how she is a Manager! Has to be a joke!She is running off customers and money from poor customer service and etc. it's repetitive behavior with her. Never have I sawher smile at a customer, nor say hello or have a nice day. Always negative energy. Then I went to complain on her to theDirector of operation, she kept looking over at us as I was talking, laughing as if something was funny. The only thing funny isher and her horrible customer service skills ???????????? she needs to be retrained or something bc it's horrible &unacceptable! Read more

11:30pm Saturday night, they were very busy. Person taking order was rude and short. Had to verify and correct order at the... window. I'm not a rude person and very tolernet. Quality of food was substandard sloppy and 2x with the sauces. Normally serviceand food is better at this McDonalds, other times and for many years. Hopefully management will correct these late eveningissues with cooks and people they select to interact with the public. There are many choices for food in this area. Read more

Just a solid Micky D?s experience across the board. Only 5 minutes from the house and shockingly, they have never gotten our... order wrong. Never a long wait and we?re in and out with no fuss. Also haven?t experienced an outage with their ice creammachine before! Read more
