OMG!!! They are not selling BBQ. They are selling ice cream. Ribs, brisket, and chicken melted in my mouth. It was so sweet and... juicy. They will disappear as soon as you put them in your mouth. The ribs outside were crisp and the inside was like amarshmallow melting in a fire. I went to so many BBQ places but this place is the best of the places I ever had. If you are fromanother state or other location even if you live locally, come and check out this place. You will be surprised by the taste andthe price.. Wow!! I will come back more often! Read more
Customer for life! We always eat here for the best Barbecue, but they went above and beyond for Fathers Day 2022. We ordered a... different meal than usual because we had several people coming over. I didn?t read the menu carefully, and the sides weresmaller than I expected. When I aproa he?d then about it, they immediately gave me an extra pint of each side with no questionsasked - keep in mind that the error was mine! Amazing people, amazing service, and amazing food. This place serves up some really good barbecue! They have a friendly welcoming atmosphere! Very quality food! The sliced... brisket, hot links and ham are really great! Butter beans with diced ham are awesome! Cole slaw is good. House barbecue sauce istasty and complements the meat. They have a bunch of side choices. Good place to eat after a 15 hour fasting ???????? Great butter beans; okra needs more salt/seasoning; coleslaw better than... some I?ve eaten; and bbq ???? is tender. I love supporting family owned restaurants. Toni one of the owners super nice and Samcarried my tray to a table without me asking even. Marshall's food is 5 stars but customer service was 1, so I am giving a 3 star rating. I love Marshall's and we use them for... events we have at my work every year. This year we were short on $ so I asked if they would be willing to donate a baked potatobar for our teachers (figured it was a cheaper option than all the meats). They said they could not donate everything, but couldmost likely donate the potatoes. I called back multiple times to confirm and no one ever got back to me. I finally got to talkto someone and they said, "Sorry, we can't actually donate anything" and then hung up on me. I am upset that now we are lessthan a month out from our event and I have to start all over planning food. Marshall's certainly did not "owe us" a donation butthey seemed willing and then reneged on it without even letting me know. It took weeks of calling before I got back to theperson I had originally spoken to and found out. It was also very unprofessional for the employee to say that and hang upabruptly. I didn't even get to finish saying "Ok, thank you for trying" before the line cut off. Read more
