The experiance at this location is A&Wesome, New staff at the location is Great very personable with me as the guest. I was very very disappointed in the behavior of long John silver today Sunday July/10/2022 . I made it to the line approximately... 8:57 pm at the drive thru. It was a truck there waiting almost 7 minutes before he pulled off. I'm unaware if the AfricanAmerican ladt served him are rather she was trying to clean up before 9!and hurry up in clock while leaving customers at thedrive through. The employees are not supposed to leave a line when they where already in line before 9 pm. A lady name Courtneywas behind me . Courtney also gone to file a complaint on this African American employee whom was so so rude. I left my car atthe menu at the drive through walked up to the window banged on it she was cleaning shouting she's closed. The behavior was veryunprofessional and not acceptable. The employee was in a hurry because she had someone waiting on her outside. We where deniedservice because obviously this employee doesn't want to work and treated us with disrespect. Long John silver owe me a meal forthis misconduct. I would not refer this location to anyone if they hire employees who treat customers unfairly. forgetful ? i ordered online to pick up. As the food was given and told to have a nice day, I had to remind the lady I got a... drink. She asked what the drink was. That?s when I should have checked the bag. but when I came home- I also did not receive mycole slaw and my platter was incorrect. I got the fish, chicken shrimp platter. Great place to grab some fried seafood on a Friday. Stick with the basics, the fried fish and hushpuppies are without a doubt... delicious. Can?t really recommend the crab cakes, they?re nothing special. The main issue with this location is the smallparking lot and tight drive thru lane: when it is busy, it is difficult to get in and out. Read more
Today the food was not as good or seemingly as fresh as usual. The fish and chicken were moist and tasted ok but we're more... greasy than I usually get here. The rice was over cooked quite a bit but surprisingly I was ok with it. Not an unpleasant mealbut not the experience I expect from multiple visits. Read more
