I got the 3 piece chicken with mash & gravy plus the sweet corn. This was the worst tasting food I've eaten in Texas. The... chicken was soggy, the corn was not sweet and the mash & gravy plus the chicken was bland no flavor at all. I only gave the onestar for the quick service. This was the 2nd times I've eaten at a KFC and the food at both was bad. I moved here from Bostonand I can truly taste the difference in their food. This awful food cost me $11.85. And I forgot to mention the guy who took myfood was not very pleasant at all, he had a look of "I hate my job." I'm done with KFC here. Read more
I came to KFC to order at 9 pm. When I arrived the lobby was closed. The drive through and mobile app service was available. ... Due that I was on foot, I went to the drive through to place an order. He said no. I walked around the corner downloaded the appand placed an order. Within 5 minutes it was ready.. oh but the lobby is closed( ,BTW 2 people sitting and eating inside,) whichis what the sign says to do come in. I proceeded to walk back to the drive through and he gave my order. Are serious. Not cool Read more

I see the bad reviews. My experience was great. I ordered on uber eats. It was remarkably fast. The food was hot and very... chrispy with alot of flavor. Honestly best chicken I have had in a very long time. Maybe I was just lucky. Maybe not but it wasgreat not. A single complaint. Love the food. Custumer service needs work. They didn't have enough dark meat to fill my order, they wanted to argue and refuse... to give me what I wanted . I finally settled with smaller meals but cost me more money. They also gave me grilled instead oforiginal recipe, was it a misstake or did they give me the grilled chicken hoping I wouldn't see it till I got home with myorder.
