Ordered a sandwich for delivery 35 minutes ago. Nothing being done. I tried calling and they don't answer. I tried the corp.... office and they say I have to contact the store. I am ok with them not being able to deliver today because of weather. But Ijust want to be able to cancel the order then. The staff is always so friendly. My heart goes out to these folks. I suspect the issues lies with upper Management. I certainly... understand the "labor" shortage, but it would at least be nice to be told if our orders are going to take an unusually long timeto arrive. We eat here about 3 times a week and it is basically the same experience each time. Each order we place takes solong to be delivered. I called and spoke to a manager recently to find out what was taking so long and it sounded like the youngman was trying his best but did not have the support he needs. Read more
