Don't go to this store, if you go, you can see how they make you angry, and you are going to waste time and money. Today, around... 3:00 A.M, I ordered #13 combo(grilled chicken) 1.It took almost 30 minutes to receive the ordered sandwich after I madeorder! 2. When I ordered combo, I asked if I can get a zero coke. She said to me, "We don't have a zero coke, but we have applejuice, orange juice, and coffee." Thus, I asked her if I could get a cup of coffee instead of a soda in combo. She said to me,"Yes" BUT She did not tell me there were extra charge. 3. Eve they did not give me the receipt. Thus, I could not see why theycharged $11.03 instead of $9.46 4. The food is too terrible to eat. More than half of food is made of salt, and the bread is toomuch greasy. They just poured out a plenty of salt on french fries, chicken, and bacon! This place is the worst fast foodrestaurant where I have ever visited! I am seriously considering to dispute this unfair charge $11.03 with my credit cardbank. Never go this terrible and lazy place~! They just skipped so many steps for service! I made the mistake of getting their $4.99 double burger special. What a joke. It was so tiny and had such thin tiny patties on... it that I mistook it for a single of a99 vent menu or something. I was in a hurry or I would have snapped a picture if what Ireceived as opposed to what they were advertising. Lesson learned and I will stick with my usual burger haunts in the future.Clearly they needed the $5 more than me. Also, we had to clean our own table. My order was all wrong, I order a spicy chicken sandwich and instead they gave me chicken nuggets. The worst part was that the... nuggets were tasteless and the fries were soggy as if they were cook a long time ago. I use to buy a lot from this Jack the boxbut I guess quality is gone from this place. Before you pay confirm if they actually got your order right. They should win award for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOOD AND MANNERS. I called corporate and have investigation started. They all... need to be fired. Plus the food( egg rolls, mini tacos etc are all frozen then dropped and rancid grease and somehow bothproducts are still ice cold in the middle! Read more
I used to work at jack in the boxs over a decade ago. How sad it is to see the quality of the food go dow+n hill and into the... sewers. Everytime I order from them, there is always something wrong. Either items are missing of given wrong items. Or yoursandwich or tacos are crushed, and the sandwich has so much mayonnaise that I always have to wipe down the buns with napkins.They either give you way more ketchup/taco sauce than you would need in a lifetime or just one buffer milk. Everything is alwayscold regardless if you only liv beed to drive I finish my meal and instead of being satisfied I feel disgusting and slightlynauseous. So disappointed wish they could figure out how to make a decent product. They focus so much on their Commercials Ijust wish they put same. Read more
The cashier on the drive through would not substitute grilled chicken for crispy on my sandwich and told me it was be $4... extra... I always order the same thing and never had this issue...definitely won't be going back...$11 for a crispy chickenclub...I better not!! Read more
