It has been a year or two before we came back to this place and at the very entrance, was a dead German cockroach. I really... wanted pancakes with my family so we decided to come here anyhow. We waited for about 5 minutes before we were greeted by thehost or even recognized by an employee. The entrance and host area was very dirty and had a lot of dust, grime, andmiscellaneous things just laying around. Our server was very friendly to us, though we were never checked on nor did we ever geta refill. We each ordered the 2x2x2 meals that were on sale for $5. The meal comes with two pancakes, two eggs, and two meatitems of your choice. We ordered an extra order of hash browns, though we hadn't received them and had to remind them later toget them. Our table was dirty and there was a lot of trash beneath the table as well. One of the plates we received our food,had this caked on batter looking stuff on the plate itself that we could scrape off with our nails. There was a lot of trash inthe aisles as one of the images shows. The bathrooms again unfortunately we're very horrendous and certain spots in therestaurant, had a strong sitting water, mildew smell- I assume due to a water leak somewhere behind the Walls. It was nice tosee this place again after so long, however, if I'm going to a breakfast spot, it's best to look elsewhere. I feel even theemployees have lost hope and the hygiene and cleanliness of this restaurant. This location is absolutely horrific. We ordered for pickup and the girl on the phone - I believe her name was Gabrielle -... repeated the order to me and it was all correct. We pick up the food and the biscuits and gravy have no gravy, and the sirlointips and eggs meal is completely missing. I call and the girl on the phone assures me she will tell the cooks to make what wasmissing and we can pick it up. Once my mom is there to pick up the missing items she is told that she cannot be given any of theitems she already paid for (even with the receipt), nor can she receive a refund because the manager isn?t there. SHOCKER. Latershe is told that everything was in the bags. With gas prices how they are - who in their right mind would drive back for foodthey?ve already received? Make it make sense. There was no attempt to call the manager or rectify the situation. Poor managementand customer service with staff who will gaslight you, and on top of that they?re thieves. Avoid this place at all costs. I?msick to my stomach that they treated my mom the way they did. If anything comes of the report I made to Corporate, I will addupdates. Read more

I ordered a chocolate shake. I was ok. I ordered the tilapia mashed potatoes and corn and a Sprite I asked for garlic bread and... they didn't have any. They did not for no rolls no bread nothing. They gave us marinara sauce that had mold in it but we didn't get a picture to show here. They also gave us a "clean cup" that... had lipstick on the rim. They apparently made new pancake mix but our pancakes came out rock hard and looked like this. OurFrench toast also came out undercooked. The chicken also came out super salty and overcooked. Ther service was good but otherthan that this was a horrible experience. If it was one thing wrong we wouldn't have said anything but this is way too manythings wrong that could really end up with someone sick. Read more

I experienced the worst service here this morning! I've been here many times and have mostly liked the food and the service...... Idk if the chef was tired or what but it was 9 in the morning and the food served was of poor quality! We ordered chicken andpancakes and strawberry banana french toast. The coffee was great! That's why im giving 1 star! They took forever to bring ourbreakfast even thought only 5-6 tables occupied.. The chicken with the pancakes looked they were reheated, pancakes wereokay. But the french toast was served the worst! I didn't even feel like eating it. It was burnt and had a really badpresentation! Usually when they serve strawberry banana french toast, they serve 6 halves with ample strawberries and bananas ,topped with strawberry syrup and powdered sugar. This time, they dumped the french toast - only 4 - and put a few strawberriesand bananas here and there.. did not even make an effort to make it presentable! When i showed our server Jasmine, the actualpicture of the strawberry banana french toast which is on yelp, showing how presentable it was, she told me that i only ordered'one french toast, so this is half order' I had never heard of such a thing in my many visits to this branch! It looked as ifshe was trying to cover up her and the chef's error! She came back after a few mins and told us that they'll take the Frenchtoast off our check, and i knew they screwed up! The server was really nice. She was a blonde size 0 lady. The omelette and burger were delicious. But the stake, it was... horrible. I have never tasted anything that awful. It tasted like plain boiled meat. We could not eat it. Luckily, we did nothave to pay for it hence the 4 stars. Read more
