I will be going back to Rudy?s for my liver and gizzards. How you mix my order when I didn?t want it mixed. Then had too wait... another 15 minutes for another order. Cashier got mad, shorted me $2 because they had no money. Food good but sorry I WILL NOTbe going to spend my money there again. Really didn?t give me any livers or gizzards. I ordered 3pc Wing, & Fries. I had hair trapped underneath my fries. I called the rest. Told her that I didn?t want other... customers to hear my complaint, she stated I could bring the food back in, she had an attitude when she was giving me anotherorder. Never disappoint me! My chicken is always fresh and the customer service is always top tier!
Would not recommend at all. When I walked in, the place was well over 100° and felt hotter than the Texas summer outside. It... took several minutes for staff to acknowledge me even though one was just standing around. They were somehow down to their lasttenders even though it was barely 6:00 and multiple people came in after me and walked out when they couldn\'t get any. Theysomehow messed up my order and gave me the wrong things despite barely anything being left. The chicken was very mediocre atbest and quite small. Read more
