I come to this location every time because it's close. I ordered 2 orders of 9 wings FLAT ONLY which I have been charged $1.25... extra for flat that on each order. Brought home and found both orders are mix wings. Kids were just too hungry to bring it backfor exchange and they had to eat the drum wings which they don't like. I took a pic for a proof of what I received. Came back tocomplained and asked to refunds the extra charges. $2.50 is not a big deal but I wanted them to do it right. The girl took theorder said they can't do refund and I have to wait for her manager which wasn't there. Not even one apology was given, just likewe charged you and we made mistake then you have to accepted. Those people need to be trained better. P/S: The young boy workedthere before really nice. Today?s food was a miss. This was my first time going to a Golden Chick establishment, probably the last time at this specific... location. Some pieces of chicken was overly salty, like pure salt. The rest of the pieces we normal, super off putting. Thepieces were hot and relatively small in size. The negatives definitely out-weigh the positives. Read more

I ordered the new Nashville spicy chicken sandwich and as of now, it competes with the poppyes spicy chicken chicken sandwich! ... I'll have to eat 1 or 2 more before I decide if it truly is better. The sandwich was hot and has a sweet and spicy flavor. Good size for its price ($5.49). The person who took our drive through order was very nice and we got our food quickly. Read more
Gots ta do better!! I bought a spicy chicken sandwich combos for me an my daughters. Thankfully nothing was wrong with our food,... but for my drink I wish I could say the same. I ordered a cup of water because I don?t drink NOTHING but water. So what they putin my water I have no idea but this utterly disgusting. Luckily one of my daughters happened yo be curious about my drink. Letalone I placed it in the freezer am completely forgot about it. Imagine if I would have drank this without looking at it first.This is so foul. I encourage no one else to eat here. This is very dissatisfying. In times where we are all trying to save money, eatting out is something that should meet all expectations if not more. After... spending 27 dollars on a meal that once was 18 dollars pre covid. There should be the same level of service if not more. Iarrive and the doors where locked (that should have been my first clue something was wrong) I go through the drive through andorder a waste of my hard earned money on a eight piece and rice. Burnt rice and old chicken is what I got. It was so bad, itfelt as if they had been cooking it all day and it was the bottom of the pan. Just discussing!
