Ordered lunch for 11 people to be picked up. Asked the four employees twice if they verified all items had been packed and was... told yes, all items were packed. When I got back to my office I realized they failed to put 4 sides in the order. Tried callingbut no answer, so drove back to the store. Their phone was unplugged. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told they can?tdo a partial refund for online orders and I was offered a coupon for my next visit, which I declined. The worker said, ?You arenot perfect either? as his excuse for not including everything in my order. By the way, zero customers in the store at noon.Their attitude and behavior explains it all. It has been 5 days and I still have not received my refund for the deal using the codes emailed to us (buy big cup get free 6... pce rib)must be done online. My husband placed his order at the dickeys inside Walmart on Trinity Mills, got an email sayingorder was ready, get there they said they were out of ribs, still waiting on the money to come back to my card. I called dickeyson Josey lane they had ribs my order went through however he said that they will accept my code this time but dickeys are afranchise and at that particular location they don't take coupons or codes because the price of meat went up. The same thinghappened last week when we had physical coupons for 6 piece wing and ended up going to 4 different dickeys because they had nowings!!!!!! It is frustrating to no avail to try and utilize the discounts that are sent to us???? It's like now we have to callevery dickey around to see if they honor codes or coupons, we are frustrated ???? and being made to order online money taken andhave to wait for days to get it back after using my last 10$ during this recession!!! Not the best BBQ I've ever had but it certainly wasn't the worst either. The counter help was friendly. I liked the Mac n cheese... and the beans were good. Any well you can get a really big yellow cup! Read more
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I?d give this place a 0/5 if I could. We had dinner here yesterday. The restaurant was uncomfortably... warm, the bathrooms were nasty. The food was mostly inedible. I got the 3 meat plate with brisket, jalapeño sausage andturkey. The sausage tasted boiled, was mushy had no smoke flavor and no snap. It?s color should have been a warning to me. The brisket was dry and lacked smoked flavor. The turkey was moist, but bland. The potato salad and coleslaw were on the warmside. I cannot imagine they were cold enough to meet the health code. My daughter got a kids meal of chicken nuggets andfries. They were horrible! We had to return them and instead, got chicken breast and mashed potatoes. She wouldn?t eat thechicken, so I tasted it. It?s not smoked chicken. It?s seasoned chicken?and not very good at that. It was moist, but theflavor of the spices was terrible! I ended up throwing most of our food away as we left. The specials are good. Sausage had a good flavor. Quick service. I just love their brisket loaded baked potato. Not too... expensive and ample portions. Parking is easy. Dining room is open, although no one was using it. Good classic Texas style barbecue. Tons of choices on sides. Beef and sausage plate is my favorite with dill potato salad and ranch beans. Read more
The food was very good. I got the rib plate and they were not the best ribs I had ever eaten, but were tasty and good value for... the money. Got the barbecue beans and potato casserole sides and both were delicious. A needed improvement would be theircustomer relations. I didn?t find the guy behind the counter very friendly, but not that bad that I would not return. Read more
Nice brisket burger, but I wouldn?t recommend the creamed spinach and baked potato casserole.
Loyalty rewards are impossible to redeem, I do not recommend visiting these restaurants
