I like this restaurant very much. I do frequent here often and APPRECIATE THE PROFESSIONALISM and QUALITY of Food Safety Handle.... (I did Purposely put a 4 Star Due to the fact that theirs been a Hair on a Sandwich ???? and 2 times bbq sauce spilled in my bagand made a mess. I received coupons from Dickeys support team. I called, the one on Hebron , they had ribs, I advised them I had coupons, I was... refused yet again! Online would not allow me to order, and right now I'm getting very upset, then I had to show them the letterI received from Dickeys support team!!!!!!! The line cook used no gloves when making my giant baker potato. Also the MOD stayed on his phone after I waited at the register... for 8min and food got cold when he finally rang me up. This store had no customers besides me. No Togo orders were being made.They had all the Time they needed to take care of a customer. When I asked for food 2 giant bakers in the beginning of the visitthe line cook just sighed roughly and made both of the bakers completely different (sloppy) as if he didn't know how to evenmake a giant baker I had a golf ball size of butter just sitting in the middle of all my toppings.
