On 10/09/22 @8:20 PM CST a Pale Hispanic girl was really rude and a lot of the food was out. Veggies none, chicken none, steak... none, white rice none. It's like she never checked to see if anything was ready. When I asked about the products I wanted (thatwere currently out) she acted as if it was a big deal by rolling her eyes and sighing. I don't know if it must've been a bad dayfor her but don't take it out on the customer. Probably the worst experience I've had at Chipotle. More than likely will notreturn even though it is 5 mins away and the next location is 15 mins away. Rather drive than deal with bad customer service. Read more

Terrible experience. The portion is dismal. Gave me food like they have to pay for it themselves. $30 for 2 people?s lunch is... hardly affordable. I understand shrinkflation but this is just ridiculous. Stay away from this and support small businesses. Read more

2nd time ordering online from this location. My husband got double meat.. it wasn?t double, and I got extra rice and lettuce... that wasn?t put in either. Disappointing when you are craving something, pick up, and get all the way home to see a half-madeorder. Won?t be using this location anymore. This will be the 2nd time Chipotle Carrollton has not delivered my food. And not give me a refund. The manager does absolutely... nothing and everyone you talk to, if you get through, passes you to someone else who doesn?t help. I ordered at 2:43pn, it is5:16pm and no food. Which now I don?t want. This is the barbacoa "quesadilla" I got in my takeout bag. They took all the ingredients and just threw them into a bowl. The... stupidity and laziness of the preparer is so baffling. It's even more frustrating that there's no way to speak with anyone onthe phone and the "chat with Pepper" link doesn't even work- so annoying! Read more
