First time experience at this establishment. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone when I placed my order was very kind. The... food was decent but the orange chicken looked/tasted like it had been sitting for a while as if it was from a buffet. Verychewy. Customer service definitely needs improvement. The young guy with glasses at the front register needs to be trained onproper greeting when customers walk in. He also needs to make sure he?s not on his cell phone on while ringing up customers.Very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely advise management to look into correcting this behavior. Ordered the kung Pao chicken it wasn't good at all. Too many peanuts, every piece of chicken was chewy, gray and inedible. Not... enough bell peppers, it was mainly celery, looked nothing like what was pictured on their website. I ordered it with a side ofplain fried rice that was the only thing I could eat. The chicken dumplings tasted like frozen premade dumplings. The crabRangoons were not in good they were sweet inside, they also taste premade. The best item was the Chinese fried donuts. I end upthrowing it all way after a couple of bites. I ordered my husband the chicken fried rice he had one bite and trashed it. Theworst Asian food I've had in Carrollton that has a strong Asian presence food and cluture. I spent more than $50 it was a wasteof money. Read more
Tried it out and was not disappointed. Food was fairly priced and the portions were huge. I usually am able to eat my entire... portion but this one I had to save for later. Lady at the front was very nice and friendly. Read more
I been eating take outs from here for a year, never had an issue, never seen a roach, and never got food poisoning. Food is... delicious. Best Chinese food for miles! Other than that customer service and my food is always good. I?m glad I didn?t feed intothe bad reviews. Read more
I'm not sure if they get many pork requests or not but they gave us some very thick Shredded pieces of pork in my husband's lo... mein. It looked like they didn't thaw it, took it out of freezer, shredded into small pieces so it would cook and then overfried it so we wouldn't think it was frost bit. Also it was supposed to be 'roasted pork lo mein'. And looked obviously friedand frost bit. My husband put it aside after seeing what the pork looked and tasted like. I ate my beef lo mein and thenimmediately got full and then literally 10min later I was hungry again and them got very sick.. I'm not sure what they put in itbut something wasn't right.. I was greeted on arrival at the restaurant. My order was taken by a very courteous young man. ordered House Special Fried Rice... and Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables. The Fried Rice was fresh and nicely seasoned. The Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables was deliciouswith nice sized shrimp. This is my favorite neighborhood Chinese Restaurant. Read more

DO NOT DO DELIVERY I am sadden to write this review. We have enjoyed this place for several years on a regular basis. We have... suggested them to countless people over the years in facebook groups, etc. The food itself has always been amazing. However,the customer service lately has been horrible with delivery orders taking 50-70 min. When they tell you that time and you knowin advance ok no worries we started planning for it. We even make sure to tip extra for the drivers as were are on the outsideedge of their delivery radius. Now this last two times we have order is taken 2+ HOURS! When you call them and ask about theorder they lie you that it is on the way and then 30 min later still not delivered. You call back they say they are around thecorner and still 30 min later not there. They are not even apologetic for the late delivery. Then they stop taking you phonecall asking about the order since their caller ID system flags your phone and address. They send your call to their automatedsystem that says they are to busy to take your call making other orders. I was as polite and understanding as possiblethroughout these two incidents but enough is enough. 3 hours for a chinese food delivery is insane then layering in the clearattempt to hide from the customer is appalling.
