They cook their food perfectly. Only have 1 issue with this place ( their shake machine is ALWAYS down).
Do NOT order from this store as they perform bait and switch tactics. If they don't have an item that is advertised on the menu... or the windows, they will let you order it and offer you something else. If you ordered with the mobile app and ask for yourmoney back they will simply say that they don't know how to do it. They won't even suggest to call Burger King corporate to geta refund on the items. And when you complain they go ahead and simply ignore you until you go away. (I did and immediatelycalled corporate, while still in the store.) I will never return to this location for lunch or dinner again, at least not untilthe management of the store changes. Read more
Was at the Burger King on josey 7/4/22 sandwiches were good but ordered a large onion ring and they were hard as nails, not able... to eat them. Was disappointed as they are usually good. Read more
Our order was wrong. The Soda machine is out of diet coke. Only water comes out. The atmosphere is quiet. Not too many people... inside. The bathrooms are blocked off with yellow pylons and no one is cleaning them. Staff was friendly. My whopper with cheesewas delicious. Read more
Wouldn?t serve me when they were still open, ducked down behind the counter?..After a customer got served at the window with... their food, they turned and ducked trying to hide which is totally messed up. Like you could have said something instead of tryto hide. Because you wanted to leave earlier. Bad customer service. But yea I remember why I quit coming to Burger King now. Read more
Visited this place on 23Oct2021. Ordered impossible burger and coke. Taste is good. We have visited on the night to had some... dinner for us. People are customer friendly. No complaints. It is located is busiest area. Read more
I hadn't been to a Burger King for years but wanted to try this plant based burger. The Impossible Whopper was tasty and moist.... It had a meat texture. The main ingredients are soy, potato protein, coconut oil and sunflower oil. I am now a fan of plantbased food. The actual restaurant was clean. Read more
My grandson wanted to go here. He got what he ordered and service was fast as there wasn't a line.
