I was trying to look at the menu and every couple of minutes the lady kept trying to rush me to order when i started to order... she said I needed to know what I wanted before i got to the drive thru line. This is your job not mine. You are payed by thehour and no one else is in line. I left and won't be returning. The good reviews are the employees family and friends. Read more

Just got whopper meals(2), tea and the worst BK I?ve ever had!! Tea tasted half coke half tea! Burger meat no grill flavor, bun... dry. Won?t be coming back. Sad. Read more

Went in for their 2 for 6$ impossible king deal. Employees had no idea what we were asking for. Ended up ordering off regular... menu they sent out wrong burgers fries with no salt. Employee couldn't speak English. What a joke. Read more

Worst BK so far for me .. the kids play ground were closed and I don't know why looks fine but they just decided to close it... !!!!! .. food was not good at all , fries no salt .. drink mashing is working but most of drinks are out .. crazy place notcoming again for sure Read more

We order meals but fries cold and bun were not fresh. And the ketchup taste weird. It use to be good.

Went for breakfast, asked for a French vanilla iced coffee my coffee is so strong and no vanilla was added. Tastes just like a... cup full of expresso and water. Also ordered two hash brown sides and those orders are so hard i sworn it had chipped my fronttooth. I tried calling and no one answers. Terrible. Read more

No wonder this location has such a terrible rating...I used the app for the chicken sandwich for two coupon and the accepted it... at the drive-though. But when I got to the window, I was told they were out of the chicken sandwich. So I asked politely if theycould simply make it fish instead of chicken. Easy solution to an easy problem, right? Nope. The manager, who looked all of 16years old, told me he couldn't do that because of inventory count. Seriously? So I asked about having now wasted a coupon codeand he said, "Just wait wait until I cancel the order and try again at another location". What happened to customer service? Youcare about a dollar worth of inventory for an easy swap more than you do about keeping positive customer relations? Don't gohere. Just on principle. I haven't read the other customer reviews but just having a 3* rating alone should make anyone wary ofhow this place operates. If the owner reads this or other reviews, how about considering your customer's needs as opposed toyour own and hiring people who understand that as well It's a shame because we just moved nearby but now I'll make it a point tonever come here because a child manager refused to swap fish for chicken just because of counting inventory. Gave order. Drove to 1st window. Waited for 10 minutes. So drove to what I thought would be 2nd window but was door. Employee... came out and told me my order was ready but I would have to drive back around, get in line behind 5 other vehicles and wait toget my order. They also forgot to put one item with my order so I had to wait again until finally got my order. Read more
