If you like, cold meat, stale buns, uncooked, bacon, and cold fries and onion rings unless you ask them to give you fresh ones,... and then they just throw the old ones in the fryer, then this is the place for you. The manager there claims they makeeverything fresh but I have never received a hot french fry or hot onion ring from this particular Burger King unless I askedthem to give me fresh onion rings or fries and they took the old ones and reheated them in the fryers. Really. No wonder thisplace is always empty. 5 chances I gave them, ?Everything fresh, always!? He says. Another $10 and I just threw it all away.Such a waste. I received bad service and at that it was from the manager name David. I ordered a 3pc French toast and it was cold. When I... requested for hot or fresh french toast he threw the bag away and said they have no more. He claims that was the last 3 piecethey had. I then requested to get hash browns he refused and got very abrupt. He then stated I would have to go thru back thruthe line and order thru the intercom. He was rude!!! Read more
We ordered three different meals, and the cashier told us they ran out of meat when we approached to pay. It was 8:00 PM on... Wednesday. A similar incident happened for the second time in a month! Not sure if this place is a victim of recession/inflationor impudent management. The customer service is also not close to American standards. It's a tragedy of BK! Not coming back forsure!!! BEWARE! Not sanitary -- they lady at the window is very rude and somewhat of an a55hole-- she may have spit on food too... (mid-aged Hispanic, short hair), not clear in her speech...hard to tell what she's saying at intercom and window. Having torepeat herself to patrons causes a very long wait/line in the drive thru. Management should consider giving her job to a moredeserving person who is not cheeky, mannerless and "Karen"ish. I go here for breakfast almost every morning. Maria is awesome. Friendly and attentive. Very helpful. The other gentleman in the... morning is also very nice. The food is always fresh. Especially the biscuit sandwiches. Read more
Ordered Impossible whopper online, it was ready as soon as I arrived, and they had great customer service!
There was time where Burger King had a flame broiled burger and it tasted like it was. No more. I keep hoping it is a fluke. ... I don't normally eat at BK much anymore, but the last few times IT IS NOT FLAME BROILED! Take that description off your burgers. Read more
