Braums is so underrated. This place has one of the best burgers you will ever eat. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite. The... food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is amazing as well. Braums ice cream is so much better than some namebrands. The milk and cheese are delicious. They also sell other things. It's a great shopping experience. I don't know what has happened to this store, but the quality of customer concern unless it's for people buying ice cream or... burgers has gone was downhill. This is the 2nd time I've had to call in and deal with corporate on an issue that should havebeen able to be dealt with on a store level, but apparently management isn't capable of doing this anymore. They seem to run outof whole gallons of milk and are telling me corporate is only sending a certain amount to each store and that's it. Somethingis wrong in this area, I'm not sure what, but it has gotten ridiculous. Having shopped for milk at Braum's Ice Cream And Dairyfor several years I find this odd and the lack of care they actually show is amazing, because the manager really seem to care atall even though she tried to hide it from me, I wasn't amused but went on, she seemed ready to just get back to other customersand go on. Ordered peanut cluster ice cream (regular go-to) on September 6, 2022 around 8:30PM CT. Their ice cream tastes like what garbage... smells like. Tried calling the store, but the phone number listed on Google rings for a bit before resorting to a loud noisesimilar to a fax machine, but worse. This store used to be good, but even when you walk in, you can see the filth surroundingthe machines and the kitchen. This place is a salmonella outbreak waiting to happen. Read more

I work here, and the food is great, pay is ok, but there?s one manager who refuses to be kind and for some reason is always rude... to me specifically, one wrong move, one wrong order, and you?re berated, mocked, or even sent home. I?m not perfect but i?mdecent and get praise from all other managers, whenever me and him are working at the same time i try to put in that extra 10%and be extra kind and considerate but he does not show nearly as much kindness and respect. Despite this, the food and ice creamis good, my coworkers are very nice, but if you work here, just hope that this manager actually likes you. Read more

It was so hot out today. I was out getting lunch. So I stopped by and got 3 bags of burgers 4 large French fries and a cherry... lime aid. Hilda was a breath of fresh air. Like who doesn?t love delicious ice cream? Braum?s has the absolute best ice cream. I particularly love their strawberry ice... cream with actual strawberries included. This location always has great service when I go through the drive thru. I can?t waitto enjoy some more ice cream on a nice hot day. Read more
