The whole place is a vibe. And the prices are reasonable! Music is bumping & food is delicious. I got the fried catfish tacos... with slaw and it was so good. So fresh. My husband got the red velvet waffles and fried chicken. Super tender. Loved it. Oh andthe sweet potato fries were fire! Will definitely be back. Read more
Ok, Welp......\nWe supported, and I\'m glad we did!\nHowever, the dishes, as nice as their presentation was, the food was not as... I hoped.\nThe Red Velvet Waffles lacked flavor, and the toppings were barely there such as the chocolate drizzle, and perhapsthey could\'ve used way more powdered sugar, as it literally were only a few sprinkles. The Red Velvet waffles came with alackluster butter whip for the Waffles, which just could\'ve been better.\nThe fried pieces of chicken that came with this dish, was flavorless, and were either cooked in bad grease, overcooked, or just all around bad. I was really disappointed in thechicken, as we ask know it\'s the chicken that compliments the waffle.\nI also ordered the side of Blackened Shrimp Mac andCheese. This wasn\'t bad, the 4 shrimps topped the Mac n Cheese, and had the seasonings and good taste, but the actual Mac ncheese was nothing special, but like I said it wasn\'t bad.\nMy Frisis had the Shrimp Waffle po boy and I\'ll leave that forher to review, but the aesthetics of this dish was confusing.\nThis is strictly my opinion and we all have different taste buds,but I did really have higher hopes for this establishment. Congratulations to you on your ribbon cutting Grand Opening.\nThe vibe was so professional and elegant. The live band was icing... on the cake. I ordered the chicken and waffles and the portion size for the price point was affordable. I left with a to-gobox so I had lunch and I have dinner. Much success to the growth of your business.
