The customer service is awful. I placed an order online and sent my son to pickup the order. He travels all the way to Zaxbys... picks up the order and they forgot to give him the 1 gallon of sweet tea that I ordered. They also forgot to provide him withany sauce although it was clearly ordered on the app. I then called to get the sweet tea reimbursed on my card and no-oneanswered the phone. I will be contact corporate about the terrible customer service first thing Monday morning. Read more

Is this really the size of the chicken fingers at this location(middle 2)? If so, prices need to drop. Don?t charge me full... price for a 5-finger chicken plate and skimp me on 2 of the them. Waited 20 minutes in line, with one car in front of us. Got to the window and was told, with attitude, that it would take 15... minutes for a fried chicken fillet. Was told we could substitute chicken fingers instead so it would be faster. 5 minutes later,we were told it would be 15 more minutes for chicken fingers. Something needs to change at this location. This Zaxby's is very near the theater in Carrollton. Great to stop in for a quick bite after a great movie on date night! The... zalads have a huge amount of food for the money. My meal was the same price as my wife's, but I had a much smaller plate. Stillvery good food even at that. Definitely on our list of places to eat on date night, especially if we are setting a movie! Good food and super friendly service this visit. Acceptably clean but not pristine. However, the Coke Freestyle was out of a... lot of product and we had to get the drive thru team to refill our drinks. Ketchup pump was also empty. Food was a bit slow tocome out but was prepared as ordered and cooked just right. Wish that owners would replace high chairs with something moresecure, better safety straps. Read more
