The customer service is awful. I placed an order online and sent my son to pickup the order. He travels all the way to Zaxbys... picks up the order and they forgot to give him the 1 gallon of sweet tea that I ordered. They also forgot to provide him withany sauce although it was clearly ordered on the app. I then called to get the sweet tea reimbursed on my card and no-oneanswered the phone. I will be contact corporate about the terrible customer service first thing Monday morning. Read more
Is this really the size of the chicken fingers at this location(middle 2)? If so, prices need to drop. Don?t charge me full... price for a 5-finger chicken plate and skimp me on 2 of the them.
