The server (Ronna) was very nice and got right to our order. I loved how she double-checked the consistency of the smoothies... several times to make sure we got a nice product. It appears the blenders need some work: she was having trouble with theguard/cover on one of them and had to blend them several times. They are ridiculously slow and have no attentiveness when coming to the customers. They don't great you upon arrival nor are... their attitudes positive. They one girl who was making the smoothies walked around as if there was no urgency about getting thecustomers their items. When i told her that people were being to line up waiting for service she looked at me as if she didncare and apparently she just started working here. Decided to try Tropical Smoothie Cafe for the first time today. The price of the meals is very reasonable and you can add a... smoothie for just $3.99 (and they're huge!). I was disappointed in the quality of the food and the fact that everything isserved hot - even the wraps that contain lettuce. Hot, slimey lettuce is not tropical or refreshing. The items on the menu allsound delicious, but could benefit from being made and served fresh with cold, crisp ingredients to match the smoothies. Thesmoothies themselves are okay, but very heavy on the ice which can make them taste a bit bland. All in all, I don't thinkthere's anything here that would make me want to come back. Read more

when i got here i wasn?t greeted or anything, just looked at until i ordered. when i ordered and had questions the cashier... couldn?t answer the questions i had about the menu. i ordered the kiwi quencher and the jerk wrap. BOTH WRONG. my kiwi quenchertasted like frozen strawberry water and i received a pasta flatbread. having to drive back to the store so they can fix it andwait thirty more minutes. i was at this location for an hour in total.
