Good service, and it's at a very convenient location. It seems like some of the drinks are made with deviations from the drink... menu- the chai latte in particular always lacks flavor, like it's watered down. This is the only location where I've experiencedthis. Read more

Convenient for a college student who doesn't have a car or means of transportation but, they never have anything I like... available. This goes for muffins, sandwiches and some drinks they can make. I assume this is because it's a college Starbucksand a small extension of a large brand coffee shop. Either way it's annoying not being able to get what I want. Also, thebaristas aren't that skilled and I tried to look past this because I'm sure they are students and tired and are doing their verybest but when I pay a good chuck of money I want my money's worth. It's a good Starbucks, but sometimes it takes them a long time to enter in the information if you try to use a Starbucks gift... card because they can't just swipe it like you could at a real one. Read more

I got a latte which was ok, till I got to the last sip, I almost swallowed what looked like a mucous covered piece of ham fat,... revolting! They said it was unblended drink powder. I don't think so, it was pink. Read more
