Placed an on-line order at 10:50. Sat in the store till 11:40. FINALLY a worker asked me what I was waiting on and made it. Had... gone up and stood at the bar for five minutes without being acknowledged and went back and sat down. This place needs seriouscustomer service training. They often have drive through traffic backed out to the street, even if they have very few customersinside. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes inside after placing my order. So two days in a row it?s been like this. Today theyclaimed there was no ticket for my drink. My info and receipt was in the app. They were busy inside and out today. I understandwaiting, but not that long! And the time to mop the floor and clean counters is NOT while you?re slammed. Two workers wereputtsing around while cars and customers were lined up out the wazoo. Totally ridiculous customer service here. This placefrustrates me. Read more

The female at drive thru yesterday at 6:08pm register 4 was very rude! I come to Starbucks at least 3x a wk, more than I should.... The girl at the window repeated my order and as I looked at the screen I told her it?s not right. She insisted on telling methat the WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE that I ordered was a Mocha and had the drink ready to give to me after im waiting at the window for10min before she even looked my way. When she finally came to the window, I showed her what a white hot chocolate was on themenu but instead of an apology, she closed the window to change my order. I had two drinks and she handed me the first one, nowhip that I didn?t ask for so I took it and asked her but she ignored me. My second drink she responded you didn?t get whipcream bc we don?t have any. I mean the wait is ridiculous but to be rude also, that?s a problem. Read more

My sister and I visited this location today. She recently retired from working at the Starbucks head quarters in Seattle,... Washington. I never hear her say anything negative in regards to this business, but she was amazed at the disregard for customercare. Not to mention the incredibly long wait time. 40 min for $7 Pre- Ordered drinks? Wow!!!! We witness as customers exitedtheir cars in the drive through to come inside because they?d been in the drive thru for 45 min. The entire staff, today, lackedthe professionalism and enthusiasm. THE WORST! I am not a big fan of Starbucks but I will go for a friend. Went for the second time here in Carrollton. The wait! If... they were any slower we would be going backwards.placed the order but they were out of it. Asked for something similar, thenthey were out of those ingredients. This location is incredibly slow. I always preorder using the app so I can come in and pick up my items in store. It has become... the norm to have to wait up to 25 minutes after the estimated time that the app gives me when I use this location. I understandif the store is busy but I usually come after the breakfast rush and it's not busy. Read more

The drive through line was insanely long. So I decided to go inside. There was no one inside waiting so I excepted it to be... pretty quick. I walk up to the counter and at least 3 people look at me. They didn?t greet me or even tell me someone will bewith me shortly. I just awkwardly stood there for awhile. Finally someone came up and asked what I wanted. I gave her my order.And she kept looking at me crazy when I said the drink I wanted. I?ve ordered it at least five times at that same locationbefore. ?Caramel apple spice? and it was on the menu. So I sat and waited for my drink patiently. And as I sat for the next 20minutes!!! I was about to walk out. When finally the lady who took my order came up to me and said ?oh just checked, we don?thave the ingredients? to make your drink?. That was not okay. Look I understand not having supplies due to shortages and whatnot. But I feel like that couldn?t been checked when she took my order. Wasted my time to leave empty handed. I have a been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. We recently moved to the Carrollton, GA area and this is by far the... worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The drinks are always inconsistently made. This is only Starbucks where I've ever had to askfor extra chocolate pumps in mochas cause here they are routinely bitter. The drive-thru experience makes things worse. Todaywe ordered 3 mochas at 1:33pm. With two cars in front of us it took 20 minutes from the time we ordered just to get to thewindow. Once at the drive-thru window, I could see our drinks waiting on a counter. We waited an additonal 4 minutes at thewindow AFTER paying. Meanwhile the drive-thru batista was more concerned with lining up the cold Frappuccino drinks for peoplebehind us and not getting us our order. My mocha was luke warm at best when we finally got it. I would have come inside andspoke to someone, but we didn't have time. Please train your staff to be better and actually make the drinks to the expectedStarbucks standard that loyal customers have come to expect. Read more

Love the baristas at the location, hate the wait. The baristas are always amazing and get my order right, but it seems that they... never have enough staff working because the drive-thru is always insanely backed up. There?s often a large crowd waiting in thecafe. Other than that - one of my favorites in the area. Read more
