I have yet to recieve a Mac and Cheese that fills the cup. Tonight, they forgot a chicken sandwich and when I came back to get... it, they had someone run it out to a different car, so we had to wait longer to get the replacement for the replacement. Spoketo the manager but she or he ended the call before I even got confirmation that they would bring it out. Great experience here. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and they got my entire order exactly correct. The lady at the drivethru... had a hard time understanding the mobile order, but it's okay. Other than that a 5 out of 5 experience at this location.Everyone knows the workers at the Bremen location are rude as hell and I saw that the new Villa Rica location only has 2.5 staraverage rating, so I'm definitely not going there. Let me start by saying that I'm from Louisiana so I'm familiar with the original. This in mind, I felt the food was either over... cooked or it was old. I asked for a fresh meal. They had me wait which I was glad to do, until I brought it home and took abite. Over cooked! Dry! Also, true of the biscuit. In the 6 minute ride from there to home, the biscuit was hard! Lastly, Iordered an extra thigh. Got home and it was a breast. Also, over cooked and dry. Sadly, this was my second visit. It has been ayear or so since my last visit. I can't remember why the first visit was equally disappointing. I just remember beingdisappointed. I would hate to see it fail. But, as is, it's a let down. We ate here with a group of 13 and found adequate seating. The place was kept very clean and the food was good. One part of our... order was mixed up but otherwise things were okay.
