This is the second time we?ve ordered from this papa johns and it?s taken 3 hrs for delivery the first time and this time it?s... going on 2 hrs. The people were nice, pizza was fine and ready quick. But when I went inside to pick it up at the exit of the oven on the floor... it was covered in pizzas that fell out, cheese, sauce, and trays literally crusted onto the ground. We have always used them for pizza and do delivery every time. However, last time it took over 3 hours after the delivery time... and this time its over an hour past delivery time and we still don?t have our pizza. I called and the person I talked to overthe phone was no help at all. All that was said was ?it?s on its way.? It should have been at my house by delivery time orsomeone should call the customer and let them know you are short staffed that day and you have time for your delivery. Read more

This night might have been the weirdest, and worst experience I've had ordering from here. I'm not going to make an extremely... long paragraph about the experience, however, I will say the driver was incompetent, disrespectful to me because I'm black, seemed disoriented or inebriated, on top of a long wait, he did not have my order at all. I usually do pickup, and service is always great. The people are friendly and fast, and it's always a pleasant experience. ... But, their delivery service is lacking. Wait times have been WELL over estimated time, and my last order was never delivered,but they showed it as delivered when I called. No one was rude, and the manager refunded my money, but, the reason it upset me,is because I was having car trouble and very low on groceries. So, it was very inconvenient and disappointing. I am really disappointed in my experience tonight with Papa John's. I should have listened to my fiance when he said Domino's... across the street would be better. I normally don't complain but this experience was wild. I submitted my order at 7:42pm andperiodically would check the online tracker... online tracker was stuck at the very 1st step "Making your order" for 50 minutes!We got a papadia, wings, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. A relatively small order and I spent 42$ after tip. At 8:30pm Iasked my fiance to call and a young woman answered and when we explained what happened she seemed unconcerned and put us onhold. She came back and told us "they said it'll be delivered in 15 or 20 minutes." Then hung up. We didn't receive our ordertill 9:18pm which is WAYYY more than "15 to 20 mins" it was 48 minutes and we live only 10 minutes away MAX. To add insult toinjury I didn't get the extra peperoncinis that I paid extra for. I tried to call the store and was immediately told "Can youhold?" And before I could say a word I was placed on hold. After 6minutes of holding I gave up. I'm not mad but I'm extremelydisappointed and probably will stick with dominos only from now on...Domino's has never done me like this. Read more
The Pizza didn't taste bad. The reason I am giving 2 stars is I ordered extra tomato sauce and paid for extra tomato sauce on... the pizza and it clearly didn't have extra tomato sauce. Read more
